Here’s the link to mine, it’s unavailable but you have to get the one exactly in the image. There’s one that look very similar but won’t fit S204 Style Front Bumper Lip, Poly-Urethane, Flexible, Unfinished (Hand Prep And Painting Required), compatible with Subaru Impreza WRX STI 2006-2007 www.amazon.com/dp/B019EZ9UZC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_8KM9PMQE1TC9W5S3BW4S?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Doing this swap and I just want to confirm the outside brake pad is supposed to have that metal bracket on it ti clip into that retaining pin correct? I ordered a set of pads that are supposed to be for the speed6 and that pad is completely flat with no bracket/clips and the company says it's not supposed to and is a "floating pad"
I see this post is a year old, wondering if you solved the pedal fade, usually it's small sir bubbles in the fluid line, get a decent power bleeder if you don't have someone to pump the brakes in between quick bleeds
I got me set off of Amazon, here’s the link Tuningpros WD2-316 Outside Mount Window Visor Deflector Rain Guard Dark Smoke, 4 Pcs Set Compatible With 2002-2005 Mazda Protege5 www.amazon.com/dp/B07JZGN39T/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_FK6KM2CVAVX1HKV16AEN?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
My wheels are 17x8+35. If you are concerned about wheel size maybe one of the Mazda Protege Groups on Facebook would have experience with those wheels.
I did not, but they have been working great. My guess is since the calipers are so much bigger the current master cylinder is not made to push that much fluid. But maybe its something else.
Dude those rotors are fat. There's no way that light little car is going to over heat those. Do a video on steel brake lines, and also performance brake fluid flush. Best money I ever spent on brakes was a great set of hawk 5.0 pads and some motul 5.1 fluid.
Yeah definitely a little over kill but you just gotta send it sometimes. The pedal feel still isn’t super good so brake lines and dot 4 are gonna be my next upgrade probably!
I love the video very well put together and really informative 👏
Nice! Subscribed!
If your pedal still is not good bleed your master cylinder and adjust your rear brakes
Nice job. Iydm , is your front lip a one piece? There’s so many on eBay, yours looks like a good fit. Do you remember the seller? Thanks.

@@NoahGaebel Thanks again. I’ll look on eBay for one as close to it as possible.

I was gonna use the one from my job but never got around to it. Definitely could’ve been that.
What is the offset on the wheels?
17x8+35
off topic, but where did you get your window deflectors? I'm having trouble finding a set with both front and rear deflectors

@@NoahGaebel thanks a lot man
What size are your wheels? Looking at getting Mazdaspeed Familia wheels but not sure if 17 are big enough.

Did you ever find out why your brake pedal fell squeeze??
I did not, but they have been working great. My guess is since the calipers are so much bigger the current master cylinder is not made to push that much fluid. But maybe its something else.
Is this car for sale?
No
Hi What is your tire size and wheel

You need to upgrade your brake booster to a bigger one for maximum potential
I got them replaced a year or two ago, but people say there’s another Mazda around the same time period that has a better brake booster.
Good stuff! I Like the content! Keep up with the project man!
@@NoahGaebel The MC swap I've seen is from a 1993 Mazda 929.
