I know you lads are more playing for fun than it is to train multiple times a week and pull results, but a little tip from what I’ve noticed throughout the games is you guys tend to start a bit slow. I recommend before playing to do some light stretching and what not to warm up, as well as passing the ball around in small groups of 2 or 3, as when you just use 1 ball for a rondo, it can mean you’ll only get 5 touches before playing and that’s why your shots and passes aren’t as strong as they are during middle of the game. Heads up and keep smashing it! Love the videos.
