Thanks Amir , some good info. I think next time I'm going to order from you I'll do a pick up, seeing as my daughter lives in Montreal and I'm down there regularly , only a 2hr drive.
Thanks for the look behind the curtain and I appreciate the transparency, Amir! I guess it just means I’ll have to add additional troop builders to my future orders to get over the free shipping threshold 😀.
Awesome insight on the shipping in Canada. I've never bought from you but I'm going to 11.99 for shipping seems extremely fair. Love the Rocky clips. 😂😂👍👍
with our 3 options of 1.flat rate 2. Free shipping threshold 3. and ship it later option. We should be able to serve everyone. and yeah the rocky clips really comes form the heart
About 2 years ago I went to ship a Hot Toys Commander Cody to the UK and I thought $170 was a lot for shipping. Just 4 weeks ago I went to ship a Hot Toys PS4 IronSpider(similar size to the Cody) well they tried to charge me $480 for shipping to the UK. It’s insane. I just purchased a label from online for $55. Ain’t no way am I paying more than what the figures are worth to ship them.
@@ToySnowman I have a picture of it! I was trying to trade the figure and did not want the other guy not believe me and luckily the employee was nice enough to take the picture to show proof. It’s insane!!
Thank you we do try to keep cost as low as possible and see our shipping as as marketing cost that we absorb. But its gotten to a point where too many order are in the negative so we had to adjust.
@@ToySnowman I've only just begun making online purchases as of the last year or 2 because I was nervous about packages being lost or stolen. I have been buying a lot of stuff from Ebay as well as big bad toy store because I am new to online toy market and didn't know many stores in Canada. I can tell you that buying from the US is very pricey. I recently bought the newest slave 1 a couple months ago. It was $180 on big bad toy store. After currency adjustment, shipping, and duties it costed me damn near $300. I can only imagine what distributors are going through.
@@louskywalker9656 A lot of people have tried Online or are heavy into buying online now since well 2020. Well for cost most distributors send the cost to the retailer ( some distributors that use to do free shipping now charge but majority have always charged the retailer the shipping cost )
Hey I have a question. Is your Marvel Legends Series X-Men Wolverine - BONEBREAKER BAF still a pre-order or is it actually out because the ETA was June to August Also good explanation!
Hello, for those who preordered the wave ( they have all bee shipped as we got our early orders in and shipped ) we are now doing a batch 2 for bone breaker. ( which should also come soon )
Thanks for the explanation!
No problem!

Constant hikes in everything has forced me out of collecting, unfortunately. Bottom line is priority and many others are following suit.
Love these videos Amir
thanks for the vid
Thanks for watching!

I’m lucky cause if spend over $100 on toys to get free postage.
As a business it makes sense so you don't loose money. Also your prices are very reasonable so its understandable

Have you ever thought about once a month Saturday for pick ups? Would be great for local pick ups.
We can have arranged pick up on weekends. Just e mail us and we will arrange to have someone open up for that time period.
What about orders that already qualified for free shipping but havent shipped yet?
No change to any existing order this is only new orders.
Do we have a limited time for the shipping later thing ?
the add to stash is always there. and we hold things up to 6 months. before asking you to have it shipped
A friendly neighborhood post office worker told me that the prepaid Canada Post boxes are not charged the fuel tax... for now
Sadly I dont think many of our shipment would fit in a Prepaid box - Also I don't know if they will let our Company purchase via Prepaid boxes.

Probably before that.
@@ToySnowman OK thanks! I'll probably order it soon
