“Raw Ramen noodles” is already deep fried. They use deep frying to draw the moisture out of the noodles because it’s cheaper than air drying for some reason. If you try to eat air dried noodles, they’re inedible.
They’re actually flash fried which doesn’t give the same exact result as a deep fry
