This wasn't just a worldcup. There is something magical in 1992 world cup. It's beautiful and classy. Imran made it beautiful.

Javed Miandad and imran Khan. Two gems of Pakistan who transformed a humble test nation of 70s into a cricket superpower in the 80s and 90s, drawing the test series againt mighty West Indies and winning WC 92. They Revolutionized the game with their fighting ability between 1982 and 1992. Both were not 100% fit, Imran ate painkillers for his injured shoulder, Javed was ill but they toiled hard for their country. Cricket holds a debt to this Pakistan XI that took the game to newer territory like Afghanistan, UAE and Bangladesh

Imran Khan wearing that T shirt made the impact. He is a brilliant leader. Won the game in the toss itself. Excellent

What is so great and probably unique about the 1992 world cup was the fact that almost all the teams had their best ever cricketers in one team.

My team lost the final to a quality Pakistan side and I was upset, but, WOW!, what a fantastic kit! The green run machine.

Australia is such a perfect venue for a world cup. There are so many different nationalities and therefore lots of supporters of all the other countries as well as Australians. Makes for a great atmosphere.

There can never be another WC 1992. The second best being WC 1996. These memories keep us love the game of cricket even if its rules change substantially. Thanks RUclips that we can watch them again and again. Great upload. Keep it up.

A night before the Pakistan vs NZ semi finals, Gavaskar said, "If Pakistan wins tomorrow, nobody in the world can stop them from winning the World Cup!.

What a Leader and Batsman Martin Crowe was ♥️ Not even a single batsman of today can reach the class of the 80's and 90's cricketers. Love from Pakistan ♥️
