@@albertciborowski2394 yes, they asked if it is with the latest firmware (wich is the case), and in the second mail they asked for a video starting the robot in a bigger distance from the base station. Waiting for them to reply
@@albertciborowski2394 It is also possible that the station detection sensor has broken. It is located in the middle of the front bumper. Try wiping it again.
The unit we have does something similar, it's probably the most annoying thing it does besides wanting to return to the dock after 10 minutes.
