Roidmi EVE Plus docking error

The Roidmi eve plus was working for about a month just fine. Then suddenly one day out of the blue tryes to dock the wrong way. Sensors are clean and firmware is the latest. Shutting it off & on, or rebooting won't help.
That button works with Bluetooth only, no cables. Even for engaging sport mode
same here on a canon r6ii
Does anybody know the reason and how to solve it? (my camera is Sony A7SIII)
The unit we have does something similar, it's probably the most annoying thing it does besides wanting to return to the dock after 10 minutes.
Has someone been able to resolve this issue ?
try resetting the card
Which card? And how?
@@albertciborowski2394 in the search, write "reset card roidmi eve plus", and most likely the problem will be solved.
@@albertciborowski2394 It is also possible that the station detection sensor has broken. It is located in the middle of the front bumper. Try wiping it again.

@@albertciborowski2394 that's bad. We are probably not the only ones than. Roidmi should do something about that. Please inform me if you find a solution. I will update definitely if I get a solution from Roidmi
@@fos8524 Did roidmi answer? They just wrote to me to contact the seller about the warranty repair.
@@albertciborowski2394 yes, they asked if it is with the latest firmware (wich is the case), and in the second mail they asked for a video starting the robot in a bigger distance from the base station. Waiting for them to reply
