@johnnyholtzhausen3493 the rugby world cup competition is relatively recent, in terms of the history of rugby. Since the invention of the game the All Blacks and SA have played 104 matches. They have drawn 4. The ABs have won 62 times. SA 38. And let's not forget the time SA won the world cup because someone poisoned the ABs. Would be a shame if we forgot aye?
I played rubgy league in a Western Sydney competition with a large Pacific Islander and Maori presence and it’s absolutely electrifying when they are mere metres away and getting closer and closer. There’s a reason they do it before big games because if you’re not on top of your game in the right frame of mind it can rattle you. Usually you just stand there and eye ball them, but as a kind of counter to it the brothers in my team come up with an Indigenous War Cry and lead us in chants and shake a leg (an Indigenous dance style where you propel yourself forward by moving your knees together and twisting your feet while moving your arms and body in rhythm) towards them. I love it because it adds more flavour to the game and there’s a mutual respect of cultures.
As an Aussie, this is amazing to witness. New Zealand rugby players literally live for this moment they understand what it means to have a prestigious jersey they respect it because it is earnt not given. Good luck to Australia even coming close to any generation of NZ teams until they rebuild grass roots.

Now you just battle people with ideas like leaving the country…or has that stopped since that twat stepped down
Looks so much more wild than the pitiful Haka performed against France in the opener. This Haka looks like they are going to war.
@@ThunderDawg89 Yeah, they can vary a bit. Some of them are very fierce including they symbol to cut off the head. Amazing stuff and always humbling.
@patrickvanrinsvelt4466 I think world rugby might have put a stop to the throat cutting gesture.
If I ever need to go into battle for any reason, I want these guys on my squad.
They would scare every NFL team.
No…. You obviously have no idea how big the players in the NFL are. Their OLM are 6’7, 300 plus and they run almost 4/4 40s. The biggest guys on the all blacks are the size of their smaller linebackers.
The NFL guys are big gay boys compared to real men like rugby players absolutely no comparison
@@alemgas lol. Ok bro
I like both games and am kiwi (Māori) and I gotta say nah. Some of those footballers are wimps, and some are made of fckin iron. Both are great.
@@josephbutler4950 But remember they are over emotional seppos
The haka is so mesmerizing and eye-popping!
They need a pope to help with the exorcist immediately 😂😂
😂😂😂
Exactly hahahahahahaah
What a fantastic final we had against the ABs!! Huge respect! 🇿🇦 🏆🏆🏆🏆
Brings tears to the eyes Richie, Kev leading, SBW, Maā…awesome thanks boys
The Springboks are top now😅
Sbw who?
Golden era team. Miss those guys playing, will be a while before the ABs get as dominant again
Always impressed by the way they perform it!! Wouldn’t like to be playing against them!!!
Imagine seeing them in a dark alley doing this 😂
Best rugby team in the world
At this piont in time ,, ? SA is because of the tie now , 3x w cups each , but the Boks played 2 less than the ABs, or don't u comprehend
@@Mmothership68Nobody can forget that poisoning.
No they are not , think again who wont the triple crown
@@Starbuckeddie222Speak English will you. 😅
That's The wrecking Crew right there, and a Polynesian war chant to get the enemy's head in the right place before they get stomped on
Nearly a functioning brain between them
They got drybummed by the frogz.
Mate that's the new Zealand haka, not the Polynesian haka, there's a pretty big difference
@@jessedacosta6377 good to know, respects to the culture.✌🏼🤙🏼
How do you not just bust out laughing at this lol
This makes the hair stand up on my neck no doubt the very best line up ever!
Mad respect!
This never fails to get me emotional
Most certainly the coregraphy is astounding......this ensemble of rhythmic moves should be included in the next Deadpool and Wolverine movie.......
I can’t help but picture the conquistadors standing across from this laughing hysterically.
That nothing compared to the English when they start that Morris dancing with bells on 😂😂😂
Everything is better than anything brits do, so chillax

We just called it fries, fq the French.
The toungue does
That looks so powerful
This is how i warm up myself before taking shower in winter 🥶
And the War paint comes off ❤
As an Aussie, this is amazing to witness. New Zealand rugby players literally live for this moment they understand what it means to have a prestigious jersey they respect it because it is earnt not given. Good luck to Australia even coming close to any generation of NZ teams until they rebuild grass roots.
That califlower ear😮
Cute little dance they just did
Just stay behind your keyboard daughter😂
