My mother is a Buddhist, and what you shared, Ben, really reminds me of many things she’s told me. We just sold the apartment where our family had lived for the past decade, and my mom had a dedicated Buddhist room there where she practiced daily. She was heartbroken when we had to sell the place because the energy in that room was so unique. Every visitor would comment on how special the energy in the apartment felt. Now, I can relate even more to what you said in this video.❤
Thank you. This video was very helpful. I'm Buddhist, and have a mediation and chanting space in my bedroom, but getting into the lotus position is getting more uncomfortable as I get older. The meditation stool looks like just what I need to meditate and chant in comfort. Also appreciate the mention of reading material. 99 Reasons to Forgive will be next on my list to read. Thanks, again. ❤
Thank you so much, Ben for sharing such an intimate and sacred aspect of your meditation practice with us. I love my altar so very much and agree that every sacred object on there, consciously chosen, definitely raises the frequency of energy in the room, possibly the entire building/home. Thank you, as well for introducing us to Mother Meera. 🙏🏼❤️💫
What are your thoughts on japa meditation with the mala, Ben? Is it possible to have spiritual experiences via this method or is meditation the only way?

Thank you for showing me the angel number 444 on your clock in this video. When you showed off your insence the number 444 showed up on your clock. 😊
I’m definitely going to add a timer/clock to my set up!
Thank you Ben 🧘🏻🦢

How you disappear a family of 4 while you meditate?
Stuff, we need stuff?
Haha, no not really, but if you feel like it, you can create a more special environment
