The thing is, CJ made some good points to Margaret. By no means is she obligated to hang out with Mordecai. Plus, she never did keep in touch. Honestly, I think Margaret was lying about still having feelings for Mordecai. But the wedding, Mordecai royally screwed up. The sad thing, aside from the worst possible time, I don't think Mordecai was trying to dump CJ. It was more him not knowing how to convey his thoughts correctly. The damage is done. All three of them had a role in this. All this did was bring out the worst in them.
I thought it was great. I feel like I always saw mordecai as being too intoxicated with himself over everyone else when he has problems. When cj appeared the first two times she just a replacement for Margret, and even while dating cj and seeing Margret you could see he was still not totally over her. So with Rigby saying “trust your gut” it only strengthens mordecais doubts and complex feelings.
Not a lot of people know this, but Thomas actually showed up to Muscle Man's wedding, he was just wearing a disguise because he's on the run now. Also, that stunt man Johnny Crasher showed up too, as well as Death and his wife.
Just to tell you guys, after what Mordecai did, CJ never wanted to speak with anyone related to Mordecai, which means that she cut ties with all Mordecai's friends, even Eileen, which is sad, that break up was the worst momment, and one of the biggest Mordecai doing one of Mordecai e ver made.
@@nintendogeek9314Yeah, I don't think it was Rigby's fault either. I mean, Mordecai and CJ just happened to meet and started off as friends. Now, CJ crushing on Mordecai was nobody's fault; it all happened by chance. How was Mordecai supposed to know that the cloud girl had feelings for him at that time? On the New Years episode, when the two kissing while wearing masks, that was on them.
Rigby and Eileen dating is still one of my favorite Regular Show plot twists and non forced pairs. You’ll see why. Mordecai talking about his romance life AT HIS FRIEND’S WEDDING is still the most dumbest, self centered, head banging moment I’ve ever seen on TV.
Rigby's reaction to Mordecai speaking in the wedding really says it for us. It amazes how Rigby went to being an immature character people didn’t like that much to a character that grew a bit mature and has 1 good healthy relationship. Mordecai has became dramatic over his relationship problems and thinks it's all about him. Literally CJ was the girl for him and had it all but Mordecai really messed it up. Sometimes it's good to let things be and not see everything your way. So yea, it is really incredible how mature Rigby can be sometimes than Mordecai.
I really hate to say this, but I kind of feel bad for poor CJ in the show. After Mordecai gave his speech about Muscle Man and Starla's wedding, you can tell that this is the last time Mordecai was going to screw something up, while ending it off with CJ. The reason why Mordecai ended it off is because, to me, Mordecai didn't have a real chance with hitting off with anyone in the dating universe when I first saw the show featuring episodes with Margret and Eileen, or CJ. The reason why I say this is because the only thing of what makes Mordecai somewhat of a strong, but a less-than-deserving kind of character when it comes to relationships, is because when I first watched the "Do Me a Solid" episode when Rigby offered Mordecai to do things for him for 10 solids that involves him doing embarrassing things while on their date with Margaret and Eileen, you can tell just by watching it, that Mordecai ended up making himself feel foolish while agreeing to do those humiliating things, ruining their day. When I think of breakup moments in the TV industry, since Mordecai is always bad for doing that, I think of him as two characters combined who are from two different franchises, which doesn't have anything to do with this show just only by watching the episodes where it brought out the worst in him, ending the relationship with either Margaret or CJ: The emo Peter Parker from Spider Man 3 as he was dressed as the black suited Spider Man, and Brian Griffin from Family Guy. When I first watched SM3 in the opening scene where Peter started eyeing on the ring that he was going to propose with to Mary Jane, after they started having their loving time on his web after that black substance from that meteor attached itself to his moped, after Aunt May gave him that speech about how a man has to be understanding and put his wife before himself, terrible advice, BTW, and onto his suit after he started having nightmares about his uncle's true killer, you can tell that Peter Parker somehow just lost sight for who he was and is after he transformed into the black suited Spider Man by hurting those close to him, such as MJ and Harry, while also fighting off against the villains he brawls, such as Flint Marko as The Sandman, and Eddie Brock, the poser photographer as Venom. If you're a Peter Parker kind of character, you shouldn't let darkness take over your mind and soul if it's going to cause strain on your relationship with the one person who stood by you the most, while hurting those close to you. You have to be more understanding and start paying more attention to what goes in your friends' lives on a regular basis. That way, everybody is happy, and no one's feelings will get hurt. Now, if you are a Brian Griffin kind of character, the only thing of what makes me despise Brian Griffin, more than anything, it's mostly because of this, for many reasons: Himself, his many failed attempts to establishing a healthy relationship with another person, doing many destructive things that ends up making others hate him, not taking responsibility for what goes on in his life, hitting on his best friends' wife, making a speech about the legalization of marijuana, making everyone believe that religion is for idiots, which I don't think so, and not opening himself up to the Lord's truth. You see, if you plan to start a heathy relationship with one person, you can't expect yourself to hit it off with that same person or a different person unless you come to terms with your past, repent the wrongs you've done in your life, and start finding some structure in your life. That way, you're better off sticking to the one close to you, and everyone won't hate you as much. And that pretty much explains my reason as to why and how this was going to end up badly for Mordecai by ending it off with CJ. She makes a better girlfriend rather than Margaret. He didn't have what it takes to plan a perfect relationship with anyone to begin with.
The moment Rigby confirm that he was dating Eileen was gorgeous, it’s even funnier since Rigby didn’t like Eileen that way & now several seasons later, he changed
In Mordecai's defense, he was feeling pressure from both girls and he's not exactly used to public speaking. Also, he was absolutely going to let Margaret down to stay with CJ (you can tell by his tone of voice), but then CJ blows up and ruins it all.

Mordecai is such a doofus for ruining Muscle Man's wedding. That began the downhill of Mordecai for me.
The episode that made mordicai one of my least favorite characters. Rigby may be a idiot but hes smart enough about relationships
Man growing up Mordecai was my favorite and Rigby was annoying but kater seasons Mordecai becomes a simp and messes everything up and Rigby literally becomes a better person i think something cartoon network fails at is with relationships
loved the reactions, gonna have to leave before you react to the last episode, i cant handle the cringe lmaoo
