My family worked in textiles in the U.S. It is hard, tedious work that they get no thanks for. Koreans are like my ancestors because they try to make high quality goods. Everything that I have bought that was manufactured in Korea has been well made. Thanks for this video.
I want to thank all those hard working people who bring us such lovely fabric. As a seamstress I value quality material to make my creations. Thank you again for all of your hard work!
What a brilliant video, thank you so much to EVERYONE concerned... I love the injection of humour, must have humour in the workplace. The fabric designs are lovely..😊 My grandmother worked in the cotton mills, in Lancashire, UK starting at the age of 12, in the 1900s , the looms were never silent, so many fatalities and accidents. Thank you again 🇬🇧🇬🇧
The machinery!! I cannot imagine the ingenuity it took for a person, or persons to come up with an idea to build a machine, and how that machine would work with “that” machine, etc, and produce such stunning fabric!!
Beautiful!!! These are "Whole Quilts", a style made before pieced quilts. They take as many hours as the traditional ones, but with many people working on each vs one person from thread to finish. Old fashioned ones starting with growing the fibers, processing, spinning to thread, weaving can take one person a whole year. Pieced quilts made with finished cloth with thousands of tiny pieces of cloth sewn by hand take that long too. Few modern people have any idea how these are made, unless shown in a museum. Thank you for taking us through the factory. Factory or hand-only items are never paid for the hours and skill that are needed to make them.
Non pensavo ci fosse così tanto lavoro sia di personale che macchinari, complimenti per il vostro impegno!!! Bravi anche chi ha fatto le riprese e il montaggio!!!👏👏👏👏
This absolutely breaks my heart. I worked in the garment factory for years here in the United States, and during those years I watched all the garment jobs disappear, only to have those very jobs sent down to Mexico and overseas. This does not speak well for American Industry, especially the clothing industry. Not much is made in America anymore, all thanks to our shi**y government. However this video did bring back some fond memories of the things I use to make of which I took great pride in. Your work is truly beautiful.
21:00 Amazing machines and beautiful bedding! 😍 I wonder if it's available in Canada...? Very hard working and skilled employees, and a good laugh in the pillow making dept. 😂
When they add the underwire can they secure the stitching( make extra thick)at ends, so the wire doesn't poke through the fabric. It's frustrating when that happens. Was very good to watch.
You need to make a bra with no wire, with fabric that has no stretch. From what I understand, wires are uncomfortable. You need to be able to get three fingers under the back-strap with the hooks on the largest setting. As well, elastic means that the material does not change shape; what is usually named, is that elastic is flexible and stretchy, which is backwards from what elastic is. This is a pretty interesting video, I hope you make more of them.
You understand correctly. Underwires do not follow the shape of the body and stab into the flesh causing pain. No one is shaped like the wires. It is like steel toed boots where the steel caps are too narrow and smash toes. They don't come in different sizes. One size wire or cap does NOT fit all.

Good quality comforters but the colorings are not for me... Hmmm... so country & the old fasioned. If they change the colorings & patterns, they will be great products!

I would like to thank everyone who works in the factory for their dedication and hard work in producing such beautiful end products. From USA👌🥰😃
When I see something made in Korea,I give it a lot of respect. Fabric for sewing is exceptional.

Good information for the public to know how things are made. Good job everyone.
I worked the quilter at WPP in the US in the early 90’s and it’s HARD work. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 to those workers! I love the floral patterns too.

Our new president will fix this. Jobs will be brought back to the US.
We need job like this. So many young are lost, lazy, entitlement and think they can all be influencers and the boss or manager right out of r college.
⚜️ I love all the process.
Wow I love how beautiful everything turns out to be . Thank you so much for sharing.

Fascinating to watch.. Thank you from Australia👌
What concerns me is that they are wearing winter jackets indoors.
Yes. I noticed that. I lived in China for a year .and had to wear my jacket all the time even to bed.

Was very good to watch.
Clip out the wires when the bra is brand new. The bra is much more useful then.

European use round wires, they are thinner and bendable. Flat ones are so harsh.

European wires come in different sizes too. I have made several bras with them in cotton and synthetic knit fabric.
Any news on that remote in the laundry factory

Breasts are the most beautiful and important parts in a body, so they deserve good things to get feel save and secure.
Yo sara patricia martinez esta ayudando con mis fabricas al mundo de regalo para reparar lo que no hicieron en otras vidas ybque fue causa de guerras
28:00 I HATE underwired bras! 😬 They are very painful to wear for more than a few hours. 😱
It makes a difference when you make your own and use European (round) underwires.
So the people who actually make the towels for Ashley ollins make far less $ for all their work that the upmarket retailer who makes NOTHING.
Not wired
