Now this really is as easy as falling off a log and is an amazing treat at any time of the year.
In our step-by-step video, we use very basic ingredients but this is purely to illustrate the method and you are limited by only your own imagination - maybe try using 2 different Swiss Rolls and interchanging within the bowl to create colour?
Choose Vegetarian / Vegan produce to create this great treat to your specific taste.
Remember to carefully line your bowl with Cling Film as this will help when turning the cake out after freezing.
Also when you are adding the Ice Cream, remember to remove it from the freezer about 15 min BEFORE you start to fill your cake so it’s slightly softened but not runny.

Ingredients:-
A 2 Litre Glass Bowl
1 Extra Large Swiss Roll (use a type to suit your taste)
Rum, Brandy or Apple Juice
2 Litres Ice Cream (use a type to suit your taste - or even interchange and use 2 flavours!)
