Great video. For me, the thinner printed part was way too tight so I couldn't fit the PCB into it. I also couldn't find the model files online to adjust and reprint. So I just wrapped some Kapton tape around that part of the PCB and called it a day. It held in place just fine during bed calibration.
Doesn't work. All I ever get is "measurement failed" After 3 weeks Prusa has been zero help claiming accelerometer is an optional accessory for advanced users and not supported.
I had that same problem so I made my own and use it with he M593 and M959 commands in Pronterface and it works fine. Seems to be a problem with Prusa firmware, but like you I was told it was an option and does not get full support.
I have actually seen quite a few people post this; that the mk4s kit has a marginal change at best. And the test models were made to showcase the fan, and that's it. A little bit of shady marketing to try and compete with the companies it seems they are losing to. (Note I have a mk4, mmu3, and have ordered the mk4s kit. Thinking of canceling)
Why should it improve print quality? MK4 print quality already was great. It improved print speed, noise and overhangs. Did you even read the improvements of MK4S?!
even tough Prusas documentation is already good I keep coming back to your videos. you always do great detailed content.
Hope it helps!
Very helpful. Thanks!

Very nice explainer again!
Thank you!
I just upgraded today to mk4s…. Also got the accelerometer. This looks quite easy to do! Did you see any improvements in print quality…?
Not really. lol
Great Video! Is there a noticeable different in the loudness of the printer after putting in the measured input shaper values?
I didn't notice much difference.....
Do you notice any difference from stock measurements?
I have yet to test with a larger print, but will report back if I notice any difference ;o)

@@marrikwolf8752 Appreciate its an option, but it still comes from Prusa. Surely you would expect them to support it!
I have also installed the kit, no improvement in print quality, no view of the nozzle. I have removed the fan again. Money thrown away!
Must admit - I did like being able to see the nozzle with the MK4 setup......
@@iftibashir sry, i mean MK4s kit
It is al very new. It could be that in te future there will be more gains
