He's right, many of us know that suffering, at different levels- when what's in our minds becomes real to us, and especially when it's something extreme, we not only suffer, but we miss out on living real life. I missed decades of life due to living in my drama & suffering, the regret is painful now, but I have to not suffer that or I will miss out on what future I have left. I plan to do more useful things from now on, like time with family & helping to save the soil- that's worthwhile.

This is so true it's entertainment or helping your brain be numb of whatever painful situation is happening in this world. When I stopped getting so much into virtual reality I took advantage of my life and enjoyed so much the beauty of nature and existing in the world around us. It's only in our brain that we feel left out it's better to take the reins of your life today no matter what and fight to be happy instead of hidding in a virtual reality game for life. This made me think really hard about the Metaverse and Reality. The more energy we input into the Metaverse, the more we extract from Reality. The reduced energy from the "host" human now has less to put into Reality. Thus, reducing the probability of an "imagined" reality. The path most likely to succeed based on the host., the one filled with obstacles creates lessons.

This is very true. However the reality of what takes over after our death is extremely frightening. I think we continue to incarnate in this reality because we cannot deal with the other.
A mind that can stay in the present is truly peaceful. Death may come at any point in life and only a matured mind can be ready to accept death and immature minds will fear death. Practice spiritual meditation and always try to be in the present and when the day comes the mind will be matured to let go this life.

People having this type of mind are usually called as Overthinkers.
This mind is either lagged in Past happenings or Future happenings of Individual's life.
This mind undergoes all types of emotions such as fear, anger, sadness, lust , cravings, being needy, hatred. But never HAPPY.
This is a failure Life.
2. WORKING MIND :
To achieve this mind,
First step is to... accept the Present Moment and to really be Happy about the things which are only Visible to eye( Every moment in life).
Thinking about invisible things or people which only resides in brain goes to first category.
WORKING mind will always be Fearless, Angerless, Good at percieving things or humans, always sharp and spontaneous.
It just takes Precautions from the Past,
Works hard in fully present Mind in Present,
Therefore achieves the Bright Future.
