Had the same issue. I think one or more bolts came loos and fell out. Then the last two bolts held in place while loos. See the out of round holes @14:50. This out of centre then destroyed the pulley. Need to check the four bolts regularly for tightness or Loctite them in place.
Yes, thanks. I now see the out of round holes. Completely missed it before. I just removed the mower deck from the tractor and I will use Loctite on those bolts before putting it away for the winter.
Now that was some work there , but a successful one. A well accomplished job.
