Pedal Release System is present only in Mild Hybrid variant of Hyryder because in strong Hybrid variant organ type pedal is used which is different from normal pedal and cannot move during accident because it is connected to the floor of the vehicle. This pedal is far more responsive than suspended pedal which is useful during break energy regeneration.

Hi.. can you please talk on toyota/grand vitara missing on fog lamps. Is the placing headlights down justified? Another question: when fog is in white in nature, will the white light beam good enough to invade fog? This point is not covered by anyone...

Only Conclusion I could draw after the video is both companies build quality in these cars are at par. Don’t know if Maruti has increased its build quality up to the level of Toyota or Toyota has compromised its build quality down to the level of Maruti.

Biggest question is toyota siscontinues its cars and so parts are also not available and if taking nexa then while servicing the parts fitted may or may not be ipto the mark.
These reviews are really technical and different.
Can you share more details on how these duos are different/similar to Vitara allgrip sold abroad. It would have been ideal to sell exact same car here as well. But it seems to do well against competition they have changed the design and dimensions. Using the same car would have helped people like me who could have bought the underbody protection plates and other lift kits for allgrip model straight off the Euro markets. So far the allgrip unit from the videos looks exactly same. Also can you make a video on Power vs weight for an all wheel drive capable car?

Confused, whether to buy Hyryder or Grand vitara with Mild hybrid petrol engine, both being manufactured in Toyota factory in India. Whether build quality of both are same. If same, it is not clear how Toyota is offering more warranty than Maruti for this product. Can you please let me know. Thank you in advance.
Wish you had talked about the quality and thickness and weight of the steel used in Vitara and also the bumpers … I had personally gone to see the car and book it but was hugely disappointed… the front bumper felt as strong as a bisleri bottle and the fenders could be easily pressed down with the fingers … the metal quality on the doors was extremely weak … no doubt the car was good looking and feature loaded but safety was a huge huge question mark … mere air bags and child seats won’t help you if the steel used is totally weak and sub standard !! You also see build quality in terms how badly the car gets dented in smaller accidents 🙏
Totally Agree. I was very disappointed with Build Quality and dropped my plan for Hryder test drive. Papad Build Quality hai.

The Brezza is based on the Suzuki Global C platform, which also underpins the Grand Vitara, as well as the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder.

Very informative...in the end it boils to how the brands want to present their products to the end user. Good job mate...like the way you deep dive into each subject and provide detailed analysis. At times it gets too detailed and lengthy...won't interest viewers who are not that much into the subject but are looking out for short and quick synopsis. You may introspect on this part. I also see that your mother is with you when you are out reviewing the cars, pls convey our regards to her.
I went to buy grand vitara yesterday.. but the door was very light weight and body sheet metal was very thin.. so rejected.. while build and sheet metal of old brezza is good.. this shows vitara will loose many points in upcoming crash tests.. I also saw xl6, but that was very well build and strong body.. I want to know how is hyryder is it same or mat be better.. if it is same.. then very poor work done by both of them.. If any confirmation please reply
Hyryder and GV are absolutely same. Same platform, same material, same weight, same engine.
Only the design is different.
Regarding the XL6, even I find it better value for money.

Looks are subjective buddy.
It depends upon one's personal taste. Some may find Vitara better, others might like the Hyryder more.

If I had to choose between the two, then going by the prices, I would select the GV only incase of manual transmission. For automatic, I would prefer the Hyryder.

@@raghavbansal3871 Honestly, even I found the sheet metal of the Grand Vitara to be lighter than most cars. But I don't know how efficient would it's cage be in impact force distribution.
More weight does not necessarily mean more strength, there are a lot many considerations in structural engineering.

Both vehicles manufacture in same plant but different name most of the people don’t know.
brezza ki build quality is much much better than grand vitara. grand vitara door are pushing inside. in brezza you try your hard to push any of the door.
