My home county used to be famous for its molasses. Benton County Sorghum Molasses. Though I don’t think it’s in business anymore. I’m sure that is sugar cane molasses. Sorghum molasses has a much different flavor.
Yeah it is sugar cane molasses! The smell was incredible as was the taste. The upkeep of the equipment may have been too much so it could have shut down because of that!

@@Ery_Berry in elementary we went out there for a school field trip. They still used mules to turn the grinding wheel to grind up the sorghum stocks
