It may have started ten years ago,but that shit show of a relationship lasted a few years. The house debate is puzzling to me because Ariana has no problem moving into his apartment with Kristen after going from side chick to main chick. Everyone says lala can't complain on because she was the side chick, but so was Ariana. A normal man who is not hiding anything would not have an issue sitting down with Ariana and an accountant to sort this out. By all accounts pursued Rachel and lied to everyone about it. I get James frustration because of how involved in the engagement Tom was.
So if she’s not paying for the mortgage but still living there, he should talk to a lawyer because she’s gonna have to pay that money back when they do sell the house. If he was smart, he would stop feeling guilty for what she actually did as well and get a lawyer, a good one.
Technically, she did say that he was giving her how much the mortgage was and she was overpaying it, so technically, if she was overpaying it, she doesn’t have to pay it for the time being until she’s caught up.. and then he now has to play catch up if anything

Just cause you own a house does not automatically mean you are on all the utility bills. One owner can have it just in their name with out the other owner being listed. Same with insurance. And with how both Sandoval and Ariana are explaining things it sounds like the bills are predominately in his name. And up until he refinanced and took a HELOC loan out on the home she did know what was going in and out. And then he moved everything into his sole account so Ariana no longer sees the finances and then gives Ariana random amounts she has to pay and not telling her what they are going towards. We have refinanced as well as gotten a HELOC and he never used that opportunity to change that account. However most of the bills are in his name. Only a couple of utilities are in mine. It's different because we are married so we are responsible for each other's debts, but I put zero money into our joint account even though my name is on the deed with his. Whether or not you are married, you can't just blindly trust right? If my husband cheated on me, you can be damn well sure I would not pay a dime for anything unless my lawyer told me to. People are saying she is being petty. Is it petty or is it smart? I'm sure the court will subtract her half of the mortgage back payments from the final settlement when he buys her out. But he is going to have to pay back that HELOC and it seems to be tied up in the bar so I doubt he will be able to buy her out without selling the house. It may have started ten years ago,but that shit show of a relationship lasted a few years. The house debate is puzzling to me because Ariana has no problem moving into his apartment with Kristen after going from side chick to main chick. Everyone says lala can't complain on because she was the side chick, but so was Ariana. She is trying to say he's the guy so he should leave, but if you demand to wear the pants in the relationship and you pretty much get final say on everything, you can't pull the traditional ways when it's convenient. What you're not understanding is that it's very possible that Tom was requesting monthly checks from Ariana that were greater than the amount she actually owed. And up until he refinanced and took a HELOC loan out on the home she did know what was going in and out. And then he moved everything into his sole account so Ariana no longer sees the finances and then gives Ariana random amounts she has to pay and not telling her what they are going towards. This is also when he gets a mistress not long after and is probably buying his mistress gifts and giving her money.
@@tanyapollock587 Exactly. My husband and I have a joint account for the bills and if he tried to change that to his own account I would not stand for it. We have refinanced as well as gotten a HELOC and he never used that opportunity to change that account. However most of the bills are in his name. Only a couple of utilities are in mine. It's different because we are married so we are responsible for each other's debts, but I put zero money into our joint account even though my name is on the deed with his. Whether or not you are married, you can't just blindly trust right?
If my husband cheated on me, you can be damn well sure I would not pay a dime for anything unless my lawyer told me to. People are saying she is being petty. Is it petty or is it smart? I'm sure the court will subtract her half of the mortgage back payments from the final settlement when he buys her out. But he is going to have to pay back that HELOC and it seems to be tied up in the bar so I doubt he will be able to buy her out without selling the house. Either way, we are all here in the comments arm-chair quarterbacking when we don't know the details and they have attorneys to advise them. I can't imagine an attorney would advise her not to pay her bills unless they have a plan. It's probably just a bonus that she's making it harder for him and I don't blame her.

Sandoval is literally like my ex. Thinks he can just demand I pay things and claim I owe this and that and yet does not want to be questioned on these things and did not provide any receipts even though I kept asking. Wasn’t until I stopped paying consecutively. Once he did send the receipts, there were errors all over the place in his numbers.

What Ariana is asking for isn't even a complicated thing. In fact if he worked in the corporate world, they would asked this of him all the time as they need to know where their money is going. It not that hard to send a copy of the bill to her.

The bill thing is so ridiculous, I do the bills for my house share which is between 4 people and I send them a screenshot of the bill for the refuse, the electricity, the internet and the gas. The bills are emailed to me so I just screenshot them and send them to the group chat. How hard is that?
How do you not know what your monthly expenses are? They are idiots. It is proof that anyone can qualify for a mortgage. Ariana needs to do two things, pay your bills, and clean your room, it's disgusting!
It's clear that Tom is paying the mortgage and all the bills. In one of the episodes in the past seasons Ariana mentioned that he is paying for everything, and now she cannot even provide proof that she put any money towards the home payment.
It's obvious that she should move out, at the end of the story.
