½ cup unsalted butter
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup white suga
½ tsp salt
3 ripe bananas
4 oz rhum agricole
In cast iron skillet melt together butter, sugar and salt over med high heat.
Simmer for 5 min
Slice bananas in half lengthwise and cut in half
Cook in butter and sugar for appx 5 min
Add rhum and flambee
Serve over ice cream
