Thanks. The pedal surely is pricey but on the other hand the algorithms are top notch. I'd just wish for more Reverbs to choose from. Maybe UA will add these in future.
It can do very long, if not infinite, as well (or at least near infinite), on some reverb settings. Its my favourite reverb pedal I have ever owned (a cheaper contender is actually a TC Hall of Fame on the Church or Hall settings).
No. These are all patches from the SH-01a "Color" Sound Pack which you can find here: limbicbits.com/roland-sh-01a-patches-for-ambient-techno-and-deep-house/
Very nice video. Sounds really good but for the price point I feel the slightly cheaper R1 is just a better pedal in terms of versatility and sound quality. If this was like $300 even it might have a chance.Anyway subscribed, nice channel !
@@limbicbits Never mind my comment about the price. I just got one... The hall 224 is exactly what I wanted for decades in a pedal form. Always wanted a real 224 but this pedal nails it.
@@YukiTheSynthDragon Excellent! And thanks for updating your comment. I'm still thinking of getting the delay version of the series which I really liked.
@@YukiTheSynthDragon this, is so much better than the walrus. I had both I sold the R1. Using the bass and treble also has Decay times on the plate and the 224 hall is so amazing. Of course just my opinion.
Cool sounds but this demo is not at all Scratching the surface of this pedal so I wouldn’t make any opinions based on this video. You should’ve clearly displayed how long and lovely the decay time can get on this pedal the plate is so good it’s literally right there with the CXM but you can’t at all tell in this video now I will say I dig the video for sure, but this isn’t a demo ✌️🙌
I thought these were a little expensive for what they were and were on the fence for a while, but for whatever reason where I am they're having an insane flash sale on them so I grabbed it, sounds great.

Thank you! Your videos are very useful, always very musical...real musical context. keep it up! Love the synth&fx combination.
Sweet sound at 3:49
That's very nice!
It's like fresh air for a mono synth, but Jesus Christ it's expensive!

Decay time is very short on this reverb? 5s?

Thanks! Yes, I feel the same regarding the price. On the other hand, UA may expand the available reverb models in future

The price is high but u get stereo and line compatible inputs so as a studio desk effect those are quite nice boni to have.
