Cool video
Thanks!
Thanks for great video! I have the same base seats but mine somehow the screws are came loose? Is there any way to tighten them down permanent? I’m thinking glue them down with Gorilla glue.
That's what I would do. :)
I would fill the old holes and make new ones!
My pontoon seat base has nuts on the under side of deck making it difficult to get to and remove. Any suggestions out there?
No...unfortunately the deck may need to come up.
Hey I was wondering what kind of screw do you use for connecting the pedestal to the floor?
I just used the existing ones in the old pedestal...go stainless...they cost more, but worth it.
how thick is your floor? im wanting to do the same to my fibreglassed floor over plywood but worried it wont be strong enough to hold my weight of 242lb
Honestly, I am not sure. Sorry.
Are they just normal screws to hold it down? Or do they come with the pedestal
You need to get your own...I used the same ones from my old seat.
Did you intentionally not reinstall the seat bushing?
No, just used what I had.
you are missing one screw on your mount. you may want to check.
Thanks Jeff!
