Hey, i just bought the imagination bottle in 100ml, could you please let me know how i can store it for:
maximum longevity,
that the scent remains for as long as possible?
Ive heard on google that you should keep it cool and dark, i would like to know what temperature range tho. since this is my most expensive parfume and i plan to use it for years. So how would i go about storing it, i heard people store parfumes in refrigerators, some people saying cubboards, it would be great help if you could tell me more, thank you

There was a year where I would wear Afternoon Swim on a hot summer day at the lake or beach.
Imagination on a Summer night or a Spring day.
And l’immensité on either a spring night or an Autumm/ Fall day/night. Amazing fragrances.

Stopped in to the LV store at the bellagio and they let me test this one. I loved the scent and especially the small note of a almost clean soap scent it has at the end. I bought the bottle with my name engraved in it. So excited for it!
Couldn't agree more! Orage is a very sold fragrance. I decided on it after smelling the whole lineup on the LV boutique.
I love Au Hausard on my second bottle and Meteor is my latest pick up. I wear both at the same time to bring up some base. They are lovely. Orage doesn’t wear with my chemistry. But, I feel you.

Thx for your review. I adore Imagination. It smells like a musky, dusty, comforting Sprite, going to get a 100ml bottle. Especially now in this heat. Others havent tried yet, i wonder what can top that for me. Looking forward to try those you mentioned.

Imagination is definitely my favorite of all the LV fragrences! Followed by L’mmensite. 3 is ombre nomad

I really loved Imagination but its not as good as others in the lineup. My favorite one is Orage as well but I don’t think its similar to diptyque tempo. I have used both but i feel like orage is way more fresh while tempo is kind of powdery. I have had lots of compliments on both! Great perfumes

Hi Sebastian! I am a lover of Ombre Nomade & Nouveau Monde. I definitely agree with you that LV had too much freshies and I would like to see more creativity in the line. I am searching for a fresh experience for the summer. I'm not really a citrus lover but having a lot of woody frags. I like that tea note featured in Imagination. Sur la route is too citrusy to me and orage already remind me others frags I own with that vetiver. So I am not sure yet... but maybe I will add Imagination in my collection for the really hot summer days.

Actually I got into the louis Vuitton men's perfumes because of Meteore. Smelled on a buddy at work at the end of the day. I asked him what cologne is that. It was Meteore. Smelled amazing and he had it on all day long. Had it on for about 9 hours by that time and it smelled like he just put it on. He said he only used 3 sprays. I was sold.
Can you compare it to another scent? What does it smell like
Meteor smells like Dior Sauvage. It's a great generic smell. But not unique or exclusive. I would go with Imagination. It has much more depth.

Great review. Full of imagination! 😁 Got to smell the line in 2019 and Orage was my fav too. On paper, Au Hasard and Sur la Route weren't bad either.

I like Imagination. I agree it’s better than Meteore. I like Ombre Nomade the best, then Orage and Cactus Garden.
Thanks for your ranking. Just bought Sie la Route yesterday by coincidence. I was a toss up between it and Orage. Now I will definitely go back and make Orage my next purchase. I already own L’ Imensite’ and Afternoon Swim. Love the smell of Ombré Nomad as well but I have that scent profile covered already.

@@bekoa.4350 keep it in its white cylinder “box” and also in the rectangular packaging it came in and place it in a dark place that doesn’t get hot. Store it upright as well. Do all this and your fragrance should be fine. Maybe inside a drawer. Don’t vigorously shake it either.
Really enjoyed this; looking to get a LV scent. One tip for you... I think it would be awesome if you kept the title of the fragrance you're talking about on screen.

I'm a huge fan of Imagination. I am a decanter and offer all 15 mens/unisex LV's. Imagination is right up with L'Immensite in terms of my favorite casual LVs. I think it's an excellent release.

I'm interested in buying Narciso Rodriguez for Him EDT. I've heard you say that it's been reformulated but do you think that the reformulated version is good? I've never tried it.
I have afternoon swim and Imagination. Plan on getting Orage soon. I smelled L’Immestine and the cinnamon is too strong of a note for me.

Hello! I actually just got this perfume pretty recently...! Ive been enjoying it but do you think it also suits female? Im just a bit conscious of wearing it since its "for male"
I just bought the imagination for my birthday because when I tried it, the longer it was on my skin the smell becomes a bit sweeter and very easy to my nose. Afternoon swim is very popular but I didn’t like the crispness of it.
Which one lasts longer l'immensite or Meteor . And which one has better projection ? I tried both from the LV tester and 3 sprays from the tester had Almost no projection after 30 mins

I would have to say you're right on the money.
It's a tough toss up between Orage, Sur la Route and Ombre Nomade. They are all great and bring different things to the table.

i have l'immensite and afternoon swim, im deciding between imagination or orage next. no lie orage is probably one of the best smelling fragrances Ive smelled but imagination lasts on me for like 10 hours whereas orage only about 2

I purchased and returned l’immensite. The opening was beautiful, but the dry down smelled just like Tygar, which I own. I ended up getting Afternoon Swim and Sur La Route instead. Afternoon Swim is gorgeous.

I think it smells great. Here is the deal. If it was bottled with a nautica logo on it, the price would be 60 bucks and Noone would think twice about it. I think it's one of the great freshie but at that price it should last longer...a lot longer and then maybe I would pay 400

I completely agree about Imagination it smells Outstanding as does, Afternoon Swim, Limmensite, Meteore, and California Dream all smell Outstanding, perfect Summer Fragrances!!

I just used a 2 ml sample of Orage and I agree it is my favorite. I put about 15 sprays( it is a 2 ml spray bottle) at 7:00 am because I was reading in the comments about performance issues. It is now 12:30 pm and I can’t smell it at all even close up . I know it is still around because my co- worker asked what it was because she likes it. I am someone who enjoys subtle scents because I work close w people. I think people overstate incorrectly that so many fragrances underperform. I believe the issue is my nose has changed since I lost my smell about 3 months ago due to CoVid and have never got it back 100%. So my point is I would like to know if there are others out there like me that have noticed this if they had CoVid related smell loss or if this fragrance really does need to be re applied after 5 hours?? Either way I must have this one! Would be helpful to get some feedback before I go to 20 sprays
You used a sample, nuff said 😋 When I apply the juice from my LV bottle, its like taking a bath from 1 spray 😅
So 1 spray from a LV bottle is almost 10 sprays of a sample tester ;)
So when you read comments from others about longevity, you never know how and from which source they ve tested 😅

When I wear Orang I always put a spray on the back of my shirt collar. Can get 20 hours of strong performance when it’s on fabric.

My friend, Imagination and Au Hasard are the best, and most balanced fragrances from the seven you listed. They are most refined and sublime, and all it takes is a mans taste that is evolved. Orage is good, but not as refined. Just the fact that you are using Imagination fast tells a story. No, it doesnt have to be stunningly original and unique, this is not the point. It has to be comfortable to wear and refined.
EDIT: after buying big bottle of Orage (because they did not have small) and weating it for a while, i have changed my opinion. There is a difference in strenght between a sample, and a big bottle and then wearing it on the skin vs on a blotter. I also own 100ml of Imagination. Imagination has been 5 years in creation, and was not created haphazardly. Cavallier said it is a very different cologne for men that he was created so far. It is cologne where you do not feel middle notes, as there is a strategic delay there because of Ambroxan, It reminds him of rose water his mother used to pit on his face before he had to. go with his father to pick jasmine in the mornings. It reminds me of one of the Sonia Rykiel perfumes but for men, but there is more going on.
Orage climbed to my number one after i used it from a bottle, and i think his inspiration was the Andree Putman's Preparation Perfumee, which is similar and very light but Orage lasts longer despite being very light. Plus patchouli was a necessary improvement.
Au Hasard does not develop on me consistently and ia a much colder cologne with occasional petrol note, or leather which after a while i got tired of.
Ombre Nomade has all the leather i need plus much more, when i wear a cologne to impress.

Sounds like Gucci Pour Homme II, that blending of fresh notes with cinnamon

I guess I'm weird. I smelled all of Louis Vuitton men's perfumes and loved Meteore and L'lmmensite the best. I didn't like the other ones. So I bought those and get tons of complements on them. My wife loves the smell of them on me too. Thanks for your review though.

I work at LV, and I can tell you that the most popular fragrances by far are L'Immensite, Meteore, Imagination and Ombre Nomade. Orage and Nouveau Monde are perhaps the least popular..

Is anyone selling their bottles of LV colognes?
For me it's mainly citrus and a very prominent tea note. I enjoyed it even it doesn't create a WOW effect, not a big tea fan but I would prefer Imagination over Wulong Cha.
