I seriously resonate with the "living between two worlds." I came back to visit my family in the US and even though Norway is SUCH a different life for me than the one I'm used to back home (born and raised in the US), I feel the same in that I realize what I am missing when I leave Norway. But then again there's the emotional turmoil I feel when finally seeing my family and missing them so much. This is what I'm trying to deal with at the moment and it truly does feel like I'm stuck in between. Those feelings and wondering how long it will take me to find that middle ground is not easy at all. I give you so much credit.
Hello Mon! I live in England but I’m from Portugal too and I totally understand that feeling before travelling, it’s so weird and bittersweet. I’ve been in Norway 2 years ago and I loved it. Me and my boyfriend went on a cruise to Stavanger, Flåm, Ålesund and Bergen and was amazing, the most beautiful landscapes I’ve ever seen, and we were so lucky with the weather, everyday sunny and 25 degrees! I just wish we had more time to spend there and your videos make me want to go back so bad!
Very nice video, I like the casual approach. 👌 Happy to see you wrist is healing quickly, I had a similar injury on my right wrist and it took a little over 1 year to fully recover and get the full range of motion without pain .
Thank you! I'm glad to hear that! I have a bit of pain in days that I use the wrist more, and I still need some fisioterapi to gain full motion, but it has improved a lot ☺️
Oh, I live in Norway and totally understand that "strange feeling" before going to your home country! I always have the same feeling🙉 And also, can you do the videos about living in Oslo? About costs, finding job and flat? I can be a Q&A if it's easier for you 💙 I think about moving to Oslo, so it would be very helpful for me! Love you and have a nice and cozy sunday💖
Oh, I checked out your website after you mentioned it on Instagram. It’s really beautiful. If it’s ok I’d love to recommend it for the people at the language café where I do volunteer work. (It’s for people who have moved to Norway where they can practice the Norwegian language and learn more about our Norwegian culture. It’s mostly aimed for immigrants and refugees, but we welcome everyone and it’s free. It would be really fun to have them see your experience).
Thermomix!! It’s huge in Spain (where I’m from) but nobody knows or has one in Norway (where I live). My mom has one and I’m seriously considering getting one but they are quite pricey. I really enjoy your videos, I have been living in Norway for some years now and some of your experiences and feelings resonate with mine :)
Hola! I'm so glad to hear you like my videos :) And yes, they are also super huge in Portugal and super expensive. But let me tell you, it's worth it! I always loved to cook so I was a bit skeptical when we got the machine... but I am definitely converted! heheh
That machine... It's a "cheating machine", because it almost makes the food for you :)) I have never heard of this kind of machine before. Did a quick search and found nothing like this on elkjøp or other stores.
I appreciate every video of yours, just because they are so cozy and relaxing
Awww! I'm so happy to hear that!

Thank you for saying that! I'm not sure if the feeling ever goes away but it has been a bit easier I think. 💕

Aaww I loved Flåm and Ålesund! You need to come back to visit the north ☺️ I really want to go to Tromsø and Lofoten 😁
Mon Amie Yes!!! And see the northern lights, it’s on my bucket list!
Love your videos, keep up the good work girl 😉
Such a cosy and kind video. Thank you for the upload and I hope you’ll feel better soon (god bedring og ha en koselig søndagskveld!)

More videos about Norway will come, don't worry. I already have a video about costs but as a student. I might do another one soon ;)

Off course! You don't need to ask ☺️ I'm glad you like the website
Mon Amie thank you! I always prefer to ask 😅 force of habit I guess.
Loved the name Nestum! Now you need a cat called Cerelac 😁
Adorei.
O site, está bem bonito 😘❤️
Obrigada! ♥️

Search for Thermomix in google and you'll find that they sell it online :)
@@MonAmieDesserts I found the Norwegian sales site for Thermomix, somewhat more expensive than I expected! Maybe it will catch on in Norway some day.
@@cyberroar oh they are super expensive even in Portugal where almost everyone has one
