Michael Douraghty has spoken to people saying that there was a 3 hr cut to the movie. And while many might blaze in the comment section bringing negativity everywhere they go about, bad writing, I think that Michael Douraghty had alot in mind for KOTM. And I think there is alot footage that was cut from the movie that kept it from being great. TBH I dont think Michael Douraghty deserves the hate over one movie, I see hundreds of thousands of people practically cyberbullying him over what they thought about KOTM. The fact that people get so worked up about it whenever anyone mentions his name just mind boggles me.
@@CoreVin975 they need to realize most of KOTM and the Monsterverse's problems come from Max Borenstein whom they keep having write these films for some reason, you'll notice that each of the Monsterverse entries have very similarly structured problems (such as intriguing human characters being killed off in exchange of having a less interesting character take their place). And no, I am not saying people should bully Max either, but it's flat out wrong to suddenly blame Mike over it even though 90% of these people were praising him last year.
Wonder if they'll ever have destroyah appear in the monster verse, and I mean everyone comes back zilla, kong, Mothra, rodan, anyone else they introduce, in a epic monster all out attack!!!

And aside from that we do get alot of amazing quotes, and scenes with Dr.Serizawa. Truly love the movie even though it was disappointing in the end, and I truly love this video. The part that makes me cringe is the soundtrack when Godzilla faces off against Ghidorah at the end. That feels like it turned into a kids movie where you sing the characters name in the song as they fight.
