I don't film the dives as I try to be very quick, less than 2 minutes. Also the dumpsters I visit are somewhat visible (nearby roads and parking lots), so trying to film while diving could draw attention. Perhaps some day if I'm diving with my sister we'll document our adventure.
Your meals are so colorful and look delicious. Do you cook your chicken thighs in butter or olive oil? I am curious about your dumpster diving ... Is it all at one store? Thanks!
Hi Lindy. I plan to use the thighs in different ways - I like to roast some, boil some, braise, crockpot, etc., depends on the dish. I dumpster dive sporadically (been going more often when it's cold outside)- there are a couple places I check from time to time - lately I've been having luck at one store, but it can be hit or miss. I'll probably go less often going into summer for obvious reasons. Some good channels to check out on dumpster diving are "Dumpster Diving Momma of 2" and "Freakin Frugal".
Clip the ends off your asparagus and place in a glass of water in the fridge til your ready to eat them...
@@t.latimer9542 Does it soften them or just keep them from going bad?
@@Groceryvlog2024-uz9fj keeps them fresher longer
You are inspiring me to work through and clear my refrigerator and pantry. Thank you for these videos!
Thank you!
Do you or will you show the dumpster dive you get stuff from? I have a friend who does it, and she gets some great stuff!!
