Lehsun ki Chutney (Garlic Chutney) Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Garlic cloves 20-25 cloves
-Crushed red chilli 🌶️ (1 bowl)
-Cumin seeds (1 tbs)
-Salt 1 & 1½ tsp or to taste
-Mustard oil (half bowl)
-Curry leaves 🍃
-Water 1/2 cup or as required
Directions:
-In grinder, add garlic cloves, whole red chilies, cumin seeds, salt, oil and water, grind until medium coarse paste then add oil in pan add curry leaves and paste into it , cook until oil comes up on chutni , and here
-Chutney is ready.

-Zeera 1 1½ chamach
-Nomak hasb e zaroorat
-Mustard oil (adhi piali)
-carry patty 7 /8 patty
-Pani 1/2 cup or hasb e zaroorat

-Grinder mein Lehsan, Lal mirch, zeera, namak, oil aur pani dal ker ache tarhan grind ker k paste bana lein Phir garam tail may paste or kari patti daal kah itna pakayen k tail chor de
