The flooring is fairly common in these high end homes. I am yet to see a different kind of wooden flooring such as engineered hardwood or other.

I love the idea of an underground water tank I really hate the black water tanks hanging at the back of the house I'm impressed. Also the flooring is neat and uniform with skirting. Ms Trudy this is what you need to showcase to your Ghanaian in-laws (by that I mean Ghanaians as a whole) because most of their developers still have a long way to go. If you some of the colours they put in kitchens, bathrooms and toilets and the flooring, hmmm, God help them. This is a beautiful house. One thing I've also observed is that the gas system in Africa is different to that here in England, you have to go purchase gas in tanks whereas here in England the system is way different gas flows from I guess a central point/location we don't go buying gas tanks.

On the audio to be without the echo of being in a hall you can adjust it while editing. I would recommend you to record the sound separate from the video and adjust it accordingly during editing

The house is lovely, lots of lights .The windows are wide and long, almost to the floor. The livingroom windows are long and wide, almost to the length of the floor, painted with lovely color schemes. However, for a house that expensive it should have real wood flooring. Parquet flooring is a thing of the past. I watched a house on real estate show case, sometimes ago in Uganda,Kampala and they did show some houses with bueatiful, modern wood flooring. This house is a bit overly price. The stairs are amazing, but that parquet look is a bit out of touch.
I think we r here becoz of the house. I wonder why everyone mention about how "Trudy" is so beautiful+dress+heals. yet they cannot even appreciate wat the guy is really doing the best
