Started consuming large amounts of honey 7 years ago and considered myself cured but this year I bought two hives was stung in the temple and had immediate reaction itching in my feet . Started consuming a teaspoon of local pollen per day a few months ago with small tingling and itching of face and lips reaction first few days . I love the taste and was putting in my coffee but after reading this I will continue use in cold drink . Was stung on the ear today very little reaction didn't see a stinger maybe not much venom .

He sells this stuff mixed with honey which helps increase the rate/amount of absorption. one tablespoon every 24 hours is what he recommends of the mixture that he sells. his name is Valentin so Google Valentin's bee pollen and honey farm :) enjoy!

    It is explained that bee pollen reduces allergies through desensitization (almost like inoculation) because the body builds antibodies against the allergen. However, this seems quite paradoxical and perhaps your could enlighten me. It is to my understanding that the reason why allergic reaction occurs in the first place is BECAUSE of the body building antibodies against a certain substance, which is why children often develop allergies to things they're exposed to often when they're young. Why is it the case that bee pollen would have the opposite effect?

    • @Ty19-x1i
      @Ty19-x1i 6 лет назад +1

      There is certain people where ‘reduced allergies’ can occur over time with the healing benefits of the pollen. However, we usually have allergic reactions to something our body is new to(natural defensive reaction), when consumed. So our immune system goes on the ‘defense’ against it for a period of time. Some people are able to “push through” the allergy symptoms while some people may not be able to. I found the info from this great article: www.bee-pollen-buzz.com/bee-pollen-for-allergies.html

    • @digitalsamurai42
      @digitalsamurai42 6 лет назад +1

      It could be that the bee pollen creates a slight allergic reaction that is imperceptible by the human. And the body creates the defenses as well to protect against it next time.

    The queen bee never feeds her young. All she ever does is eat for herself and lay eggs. It is the worker bees that feed the young bees. They do ALL the work in the hive except laying eggs. They tend to the queen, tend to the babies, gather nectar from flowers, make the honey, clean the hive, everything!

    Question, would taking their pollen, take away from their food, therefore their babies life? If they work all day and then come home and we keep taking their food away for their babies, doesn't that over time, make it harder for the bee to survive too? We have lost bees to pesticides, but is this also causing less bees taking their food for future bees? Even tho we don't take it all, wouldn't just taking a little be an issue over time? Are they not bringing what they need to survive already, then taking any away seems to me, would be an issue at some point.

    Why take the pollen from the bees that have worked so hard for it when you can just go shake a pine tree and get way more? Or just harvest and store some male pine cones for the rest of the year and leave the poor bees alone it's hard enough for them already, they're already in serious danger and if they go extinct we don't eat.

This article tells a story of a science experiment where mice that consumed the pollen were much healthier when over 200 days older than the ones that ate conventional food. The scientists said “there is something in bee pollen that makes animals live longer... and we don’t know what it is!” www.bee-pollen-buzz.com/bee-pollen-benefits.html

    Disappearing bees..... Is due to Haarp. The frequency they hit for bees disrupts their ability to navigate and get lost. I have seen bees camping out on plants. This is very very strange! It is a nwo super weapon.

    Why not give it to children?

      It's unwise to give bee products (Honey or pollen) to a child under a year of age for fear of Botulism. I do believe there hasn't been a case of Botulism due to Honey, but there are many cases of Infant botulism in the USA every year. So they worry about Raw honey. Blah blah blah. LoL I never had an issue.

      Ive given it to my two year old who loved it and was obviously nutritionally-enhanced by it.

    The Queen bee does not feed they brood. Check your facts. Pollen is a great super food nevertheless.

    HAHAHAHAHA A WORD ORGANIC IS USED SOOOOO RIGHTLY THESES DAYS.... MY QUESTION IS HOW WOULD BEES KNOW NOT COLLECT POLLEN ONLY ON N/N SPRAYED PLANTS?!?!?
    NOW U EVEN FIND "ORGANIC RICE" ! WE ALL KNOW RICE GROWS IN WATER HOW WOULD SOMEONE WILL CONTROL THE WATER MOVEMENT TO BE 100/ SURE IT'S ORGANIC?

    Some of your bee facts are wrong. The Queen doesn't feed the larva, nurse bees do. She doesn't store pollen either, workers do. I love some of your facts but seeing misguided ones make me rethink it.

    Maybe thats why all the bees are dying. We are taking away most of the queen bee's food source that they have pollinated for survival.

      +LuvMyFro110 Nope,and yet yes. We are destroying the earths life in totl hats including plant life which in turn reduces access to pollen......so essentially yes but inderectly ........sort of......yet there is hope nd many places and peoples creating bee highways and way stations. XXX

      +LuvMyFro110 I agree, Question. Would taking their pollen, take away from their food, therefore their babies life? If they work all day and then come home and we keep taking their food away for their babies, doesn't that over time, make it harder for the bee to survive too? We have lost bees to pesticides, but is this also causing less bees taking their food for future bees? Even tho we don't take it all, wouldn't just taking a little be an issue over time? Are they not bringing what they need to survive already, then taking any away seems to me, would be an issue at some point.

      Plant flowers that bees pollinate, people need to stop destroying everything in sight. I absolutely detest that. I have so many things planted for bees & butterflies. Even my trees are suited to bees. I wish I could have some hives in my yard but not yet, not for 2 more yrs, when I move to the family farm.

      Well said tony....there is such a thing as sustainable harvesting dear fake sansa.......however that implies not knee jerk responding and thinking out all options of how humans behave. Yes some are areholse and some are not.....i do not support murder for 99 percent of living beings. XXX

      Natasha Harbour where did I kneejerk or support murdering 99 of the living beings? Holy shitballs that there is an assumption of the highest level! Making you the largest Ass I know of.
      I stumbled across this video learning about bees because I want to become a keeper... Take that apple and chew on it awhile. Idiot.
