Thank you Karen. Reading really resonated with me. Ending of long term toxic relationship last September. Brother passed away in December. Feel like i put a hold on grieving the relationship to grieve my brother. Now the ending of the toxic relationship is still very much in my energy, and im not talking about it with anyone. Also recently got sober. So there is lots of grief but also empowerment with my sobriety. I think i need to let go of the past and talk with a therapist. Thank you!

I have been grieving all year. Lost my mom in January and my uncle along with 6 other deaths, I am sad, mourning all year long. I feel lost. I pray daily for help.... i am just sad.... tks for reading.

I’ve tried over and over to let go of a person. I have a pattern of not being able to let go of exes. But tbh, it’s not the person, it has to be a deeper issue, and I haven’t fully healed it
