Her body control seems sloppy at best, very gummy when she needed to hold straight, hands were all over the place the entire time which would throw any balancing off done by the guy... I've never done any of this but i know balancing, she was good for herself but fairly terrible as a partner.. Other videos of girls knowing nothing but listen to his directions have done 10x, 100x better

She she was getting frustrated and saying “stop doing that” indicating that he should stop grabbing her ankles and bringing her down because he was clearly tossing her high enough to grab her feet. He's not a cheerleader. That's pretty much a straight cheer toss. All he has to do is pop and grab her feet to give her a platform and after that all he has to do is be strong enough to hold her (which he clearly is) she's doing all the balancing.

That 1 handed holding of her shoulder was pretty cool and going to standing from sitting while you were holding her straight up were both very impressive.

She definitely used to be a flyer in cheerleading which im pointing out the obviously. But it seem most the woman that want to take these type of classes probably looking for something new probably use to do cheerleading in high school or college or gymnastics or dancing and probably this acrobatic stuff is the closest thing to getting that long lost feeling again, It very interesting.
