Activity Flow:
1. Each team defends two mini-goals and tries to score into the opposite two mini-goals
2. On one side the teams play football
3. On the other side handball, goals are only to be scored by headers while playing handball
Organisation:
1. Mark an approx.30x30m big pitch with cones
2. Two mini goals each are to be places on opposite sides (approx. 7meters distance between mini goals)
3. Distribute the pitch diagonally with small or flat cones
Coaching Points:
1. Quick switch of play(games) when crossing the diagonal line
2. Searching for the empty space and unguarded teammates
Variations:
1. Play with 2 balls
