The first one sounded brutal, zero appearing from nowere and crushing every foe with ease. The legendary reploid coming back. Now this... Its rockier, more balanced, and cooler. This is the original zero saving your ass from vile. The awesome friend you trust. At least this is how I depict it ^^U
The legendary Reploid is back! (I still think Mega Man Zero has far too strong moments, motifs, characters and, above all, gameplay to exist only as a handheld game nobody seems to even know)
Yeah, the Mega Man Zero games deserves a re-release/remake, maybe with the graphics of MMX8, without touching the game mechanics, in the modern game consoles.
Your first remake: "The brutal blast through the chest of the maverick, you can't stop the hero of red and black. Welcome back, Zero!" (Lyrics to my planned song "Rise, Neo Zero" This remake: The warrior that saved you countless times from Vile and Sigma so you could be the hero.
I didn't like this version, for two main reasons: 1.) The background guitars in the first part of this song (MMX1 Zero theme) are so strong that they end up fighting with the synthesizer for dominance, especially since they're playing the same tune. The melody should never have to fight the supporting tune; it worked in the original because the supporting instrument wasn't nearly as strong as the melody. ........I suppose you could argue that the instruments are supporting each to make for an overall stronger sound in this case, though; I could understand that. Personally, though, I'd still recommend having the background guitars harmonize with a lower pitch to the melody for this rendition. 2.) The new melody guitar you've introduced in this album remake is something I've praised many times, and even though it _works_ , it's not the same as the original's feel in this *particular* song, namely the second part of the chorus (descending notes part). The melody guitar (I believe it was a guitar?) in the original fit very well because it was super-chaotic and dominating, which was perfect for that particular section. The new melody guitar loses that and fails to let the melody powerfully run with reckless abandon the same way the original did. EDIT: Exactly what Ceres said, the original sounded _brutal_ , just like the situation you're thrown into when this plays, and I think that's what I missed from this version very much.

I like the series, but the make the first one possible, you have to grind...
and here comes the Mega Man ZX Collection on the Switch
So this is a remix of a remix... of another remix.
How much remix-ception does this awesome song have?!
Yes
@@kaienjin5468 i couldn't agree more
I thought it was just a remix of a remix of an original song from mega man x?
@@kaienjin5468 TRUE
YES, if only Zero can be rebooted and this was his theme.
It would be awesome \°0°/
That would require Capcom to actually care about Megaman again.
IntiCreates would do a better job, look at Gunvolt.
Gunvolt is such a masterpiece.. is the justice that needs the Mega Man franchise :(
@@FrozenithMusic Totally agree with all of you :/
No importa la versión de la canción o cuanto que la escuche siempre me encantará el tema de zero porque un tema que nadie puede olvidar :D
Así es :) gracias por pasar nuevamente! :)
:) jeje de nada! :D
