Hey man, there's a possibility that holes on your crocs are smaller. That's usually the case if the pair itself is smaller in size. Grab a pencil and stretch them out manually before inserting the charms if that's the case. Let me know!

If you have a child's croc, do you need a smaller charm in order to put it in?
Hey there! In this case what matters is NOT the size of the charms themselves but the size of their plastic backings and those usually come in a standard size. So smaller holes on children's crocs will need to be manually streched out before you put the charms in (you can use a pencil or anything similar).

I got 6 in. Then went to a different shoe. Now I can’t get them in. I’m so confused. I wonder if it’s the accessory that’s doing it because the first ones were normal while the ones rn are the rock ones.
That's strange! Check if the same ones you put on successfully fit your other shoe. If not, then it must be because of the different charms.

Try grabbing a pen and stretching out those holes a bit. If you manage to insert your charm for the first time it will stretch the hole further, so inserting charms into the same hole is going to be easier in the future. Good luck!

Sorry to hear you struggle. Certainly a smaller pair makes it more difficult. Try to stretch out the holes a bit before giving it another shot.

Hey. If it's easy to insert, it won't be difficult to remove either. It may be slightly more difficult on smaller Crocs though due to the smaller hole size.
