So a little tidbit…..these drums were loosened to create that deep tone course they are all in tune….there are actually a few of these drums on display in the Smithsonian in DC….this drumbeat is one of two that were played during these processions in 1963 also if you you listen to the Hail To The Chief played during the ceremonies they to had these deep toned drums also as a sign of mourning
