Hey there, y'all! Just ponderin' a quick question - do you reckon you've got them highfalutin' medical courses in some sort of listenin' format? I'm all kinds of excited 'bout learnin' that doctor stuff, and I'm keen as mustard to know if I can have a listen to 'em while I'm truckin' across this great country of ours. Wouldn't that be smoother than a gravy sandwich at a picnic?

Well now, let's talk 'bout this newfangled evidence for SGLT-2 inhibitors slowin' down that DKD progression (with a normal EGFR, mind ya). The big ol' question here is: who oughta be handin' out these fancy pills for folks with a touch of microalbuminuria? Is it them primary care doctors or should it be them kidney or hormone specialists, them nephrologists or endocrinologists?

I think it should be multidisciplines! We all play a role in providing the best care to our patients.
