Great job as always. I'd love to see a video on the reading RR's facility at Port Richmond, Philadelphia. As a kid I can remember what looked like huge/abandoned grain silos along I-95. Port Richmond facility must have been a busy place at one time, there was a lot of abandoned trackage around it.
@1:26? Another “No Horn Blow” Railroad crossing? First it was church bells, then fire stations, now railroad crossing? What’s next? No jet engine noise! Wait! Rich people need jets. Would be nice to see septa connect Philly’s 30th street station with Reading.
Kudos to Eddie Muhler in keeping the Reading Blue Mountain alive with excursions and commercial endeavors. Was born and raised in Reading and Never sink Mountain...Klapperthal Junction and Titus Plant...Tom Williams brother Jerry..
It’s the Great Railroads that you Routinely Cover that made the Railroad Industry what it is today. Not the Greedy Class I’s today with Clueless Management. 🤪👎
So after that history lesson was the ICC paid off to approve the merger of the PRR and NYC , it basically forced the destruction of the eastern railroads and the formation of Conrail.
Thanks AC, your area is packed with railroading history… Reading green is a welcomed sight now that Burlington Northern green is mostly gone.
I understand how you feel Calvin. There's a lot more browns out there in Utah.. Thanks for watching.
Looks like you're back in the groove!
Sure does feel that way! Thanks for watching, Tony!
@@Trains21 You’re definitely grooving. 😬👍

Nice video AC! Haven’t seen you in forever you still trackside?
Not in two years.
