Our Family Outing To Monterey Bay Aquarium (6-15-2024) Video Clip Part 8

Checking out these enormous fish here! This was during me and my family’s (Father’s Day weekend) outing to Monterey Bay Aquarium. Located by the oceanfront, the Monterey Bay Aquarium offers a window into the rich marine life of the area with over 200 exhibits and 80,000 plants and animals on display. The weather was just beautiful out, even at the coast. It’s typically cloudy and cold along the shoreline here… We arrived to the exhibit shortly before noontime. We explored the areas starting at the Open Sea areas and enjoyed the many sea creatures and animals as we worked our way thru the exhibit. We also went outside to take in the beautiful ocean views of Monterey Bay for a good while (while the kids played inside around the ‘indoor playground’ per se. We later ate our lunch at the café inside the aquarium. I got their chicken tenders (was a bit dry). Afterwards, we continued our exploration in the other side of the exhibit (Splash Zone side). Near closing time, we ended our visit with a bit of souvenir shopping. I even bought myself an orange jellyfish (hanging décor for my room) lol. Later, we ended our day with dinner at the nearby Bubba Gump Shrimp Co restaurant along the Cannery Row. I ordered their delicious jambalaya, yumm! After dinner, we took some group pics out in front of the restaurant. What a nice time I had with the family on Father’s Day weekend! ‘Til next time… (Outing taken place on Saturday, ‎June ‎15, ‎2024)
