factory knife or not - this is a great blade - the lock the bearings - the weight - the balance - this knife is completely one handed left or right - it cuts nice - it stabs great - its almost as strong as a triad lock - a super strong finely tuned micro machine / molecular separator - the pummel looks to be designed to palm and give extended reach - it really is a jack of all trades - i cant carry it to much because my rotation is extensive - but this knife has such an undefined purpose - it just fits everywhere - i like it so much i might add cold steel serrations to the back half of the blade - i would never try this on a much more expensive blade but this one is doable
I remember buying my first pair at the Alpine Hut haven't had a pair of Oaklys in years the last pair I had were the Eye Jackets. Enjoyed seeing the knife also.
Literally looking to buy em and all I needed to be sold was you saying you had a big head because that’s always a damn problem in finding a good pair of shades.
Why is the other side of the nose piece textured? When mine came the bottom part of one of the nose pads was off its mount or whatever you want to call it. I was like oh great here we go, this one's going back. Seems to be ok but it doesn't fit as good as the one on the other side and I was wondering if they were on backwards but from this video it doesn't look like it.
Broken? I would assume so. Although Oakley isn’t the same as it once was. Their product support and tech support is fairly rediculous. I’d try eBay. See what you can find there

I got 2 benchmade knives and I just got these sunglasses, I liked the red lens better than the polarized one, that one has orange in it
Congrats! I truly enjoy mine. Love the knives too!
Man, I'm on the fence about getting the green lens clifdens

Was really hoping you would put em on without the shields on.. curious how buggy they look
Do they work in Marine times ? And can you sed green and red true them ?
Another great video, Nik. I know next to nothing about Oakley sunglasses, so thanks for including that too.
Thanks Paul!
"...use to be a fish or a duck" you're funny!
Snow torch?
Yep!
Great review and info. That's a great looking knife.
Can the side shields be replaced if broken?

Snow torch why couldn't it be polarized!!!!??!?!?!
I totally agree but man. When you wear that lens on a partly cloudy day it's like they add an extra dimension. Amazing lens as it stands actually!
Polarized lenses are not recommended for skiing. It takes contrast away and makes it hard to differentiate between soft snow and ice.
Sadly this company went down after it was sold to luxotica
Yessir. Very much so
Lenses look like OG Subzero
Ah prizm snow torch
I personally think it isnt worth it inless u add polarization.
