I really liked this house and just about everything about it. I just hate the waste and destruction and the greed at turning this beautiful nicely wooded neighborhood of custom homes into an area of jammed in cookie cutter houses that will end up with exorbitant price tags. I loved all the wood floors, the huge kitchen, the large rooms everywhere, the fireplaces. Whatever kind of destructive machine at the end just made me sad. Oh well, nothing to be done I guess. Thank you for filming and sharing these gorgeous homes. Ethan take care be well and stay safe.
Was a lovely home. I bet the basement was nice too. So sad the way everything has become disposable these days, including homes. It sure doesn't go along with the whole new green theme by using more building materials and filling the landfills with what was livable houses.
Nice explore Ethan, sad it's going destroyed. Must say i saw three orbs as you walked through that beautiful home. I know your not into the spirits and paranormal. Great video. xxx
Hi Ethan. First , CONGRATS on almost 100,000 subscribers! I have a quick question. I've noticed a lot of the more recent houses you've shown have flooded basements. I was just curious if you had any idea as to why that's the case. Thanks Ethan for your continuous hard work, your integrity and love and passion put into every house and video you show. What an amazing memorial to those families that have lived in those homes!
Hi Ethan, loving your new intros lately 👌...beautiful wood door and staircase...love the bathroom ....awwww Ethan that such a sad ending 🥺..cant believe they torn it down ,that sucks ...thanks for the last look anyway ...stay safe well and happy 💋 🤗
Thanks for the explore of this home. It seems like it should have good vibes. A family home. With the electricity off, sump pump off, refrigerator off (is why it stinks), floors are probably damp and warping, from the flooded basement. This would have been a place I could live in. Love it. Blessings Ethan. Always stay safe. 😁
I get what you say. How many million/billionaires that have filled bankruptcy? They get in over their head! The "wrecking ball" is what they call progress!
Hey Ethan liked the intro and as for the house it was stunning loved it , it was a shame about the basement but all in fair a beautiful home at lest you got to find a mirror to say what's up guys but you did a great documentation of all the homes in that abandoned in that community block but from you another great video also congratulations to getting close to your 100k subscribers because its people like you that go out and document theses homes and mansions before they get demolish
GM, Ethan M you're the man for keeping ppl posted with so many homes mansion a little bit of everything. I get a joy watching all the videos they sometimes appear to be scary inside but you do your joy! I must say again buying Mansions are extremely expensive money don't grow on trees you've seen it all a shout out from The Capital City of IL...
Another beautiful home slated to be torn down. Ethan I would also live in this home. So many things could be salvaged. Thank you for showing this home. 😍
This house plan was pretty near perfect. The kitchen was beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like were the paint choices which are easily remedied. What an absolute shame and waste of a home. Hopefully one day you can come back and show us what kind of houses they build here. I’m sure they won’t be anywhere near as nice as the ones you’ve shown us.
🤣🤣🤣 that refrigerator tricked you didn't it Ethan?..it disguised itself as a peice of furniture....just KNOWING that you would get curious and want to open it...then ..POW!! It got ya
i already can tell this was going to be a amazing video 📸📸 . at least its not zero temperature an snowing outside . i like this kitchen , love the island s since i love cooking . like spacious kitchen . nice floors an beautiful oak wood through out the house 🏠🏠it does have a upper class rich eighties vibe . definitely cant sneek in the middle of the night on the squeaky floor s 😂😂 Ethan much appreciated an hard work you put in the videos 📸
Wow so funny Ethan when you always open the refrigerator then Regret doing it lol 😂 Ontario very interesting!! I live in Manhattan and you should come here and explore all the beautiful buildings and architecture you would be amazed at what’s in Manhattan alone and it’s history. But you have a great exploratory nature. Like I do also. I’ve been around the world already twice and love exploring old houses and mansions to. Thanks for the awesome video 😊
I could have used that trim in my remodel. Would have been beautiful in my house. So much is reuseable. Its a shame they destroy so much material that can be reused if only it were removed.
I’ve lived in homes as old as 119 years, and grew up in a home that my mother still lives in that is 104 years old. My now 17 year old home has nothing on those old homes, and we designed it ourselves! You can’t capture history and the materials that were used back then. What a shame to destroy what truly cannot be replaced.
I always wonder when I watch these vids - where did the owners go? did they leave the area, the city, the province, the country? did they downsize or do a new build or move to their cottage? whats the dealio? did they get good coin for the sale of the house or did they go bankrupt? interesting how many big huge houses get abandoned...thanx Ethan.
Ethan….what happens to these neighborhoods? It appears they are building condos or apartments. You say that the person buying these up is a developer. Is the developer actually the government? Is this for government housing?
Hey Ethan ong time watcher first time comment, what a nice place wouldnt mind living there not sure about the orb going past you on the stairs at 0.41.
Just to think, in 1998 this house was only ten years old and probably being happily lived in. And now it doesn't exist. Makes me sad seeing memories being erased so easily, even though they are not my own.
Very sad… I know what I’m about to say would be stealing but, I would definitely salvage the fixtures, cabinets, etc… especially if they are demolishing the house. I hate to see all that just being demolished. When someone could reuse it. Shame…
My house was built in 1979 and was designed with no light in the living room, the two outlets on the front wall were wired so that the upper plug in each one was controlled by the switch by the door and the lower ones had constant power. We asked the builder to put in an overhead light. The same switch controlled the overhead light. They no longer make that kind of outlet, so when they had to be replaced the switch no longer controlled anything
I hate when these amazing places get flooded! I’m sure it had to be devastating for the owners if it happened before they left. Such a bummer for an awesome house!
I just don't understand why they would tear down perfectly beautiful homes like this! What an absolute waste!!! I could only dream about owning something like this. Makes me angry!
Another beauty going to waste and one more flooded basement. She's a beauty Ethan. Socks royally too. Love that staircase and master bathroom. Big rooms. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Ethan i agree exactly tis as-shame this one is goin. I say being such a old fridge your smelling the CFC gases of the day it strange how they recycled some stuff but didnt want to recycle the new bathroom thats a good spa bath most would kill for a 2nd hand spa jet bath and that rain shower, also a swimming Dungement in 6 weeks and top floor leaking ceiling gee wizz place must have been a maintainence nightmare. Cheers
I guess the lots for these houses could fit at least 2 or 3 homes on them and they want quantity over quality. Too bad they don’t seem to be salvaging the wood floors. That basement sure flooded fast if it was lived in a month ago. If you want to see some ridiculous NY apartments watch Cash Jordan. He has everything from multi level penthouses to apartments that are the size of that closet. You can end up paying $1200 for a room that has no kitchen and a shared bathroom down the hall. Just so you can say you live in a certain area. You get some where one or more of the bedrooms don’t even have windows. They can only advertise the number of bedrooms with windows but you know people are sleeping in those windowless rooms. I guess if you worked nights it would give you the darkness to sleep. What a shame they are tearing these down.
Failed sump pump... what a shame. Ruins an otherwise amazing house to see a horrible, flooded basement; it's so sad! Otherwise, utterly amazing house with ALL the great stuff, the spa, that cabinetry *chef's kiss!*
Hi Ethan Was that this house being destroyed at the end. Such a waste. There was nothing wrong with house that it should be demolished except for the flooded basement and a few leaks here and there. But you know it’s all about the money. These developers are smart they will buy a house then destroy it and build something triple the price they paid for the house they just demo a perfectly good house. I always feel sad when the basement is flooded. Hey Ethan I noticed you didn’t wear a baseball cap this time. 99% of the time you wear a hat. Do it more often you look good without the hat. Stay safe and well.😢
This was another really beautiful home. The materials and finishes are such great quality. It's so sad to see it destroyed. ✌️
Hey Ethan, this home is stunning!!! You are getting close to 100k subscribers, woo hoo!!! Thanks for sharing another exciting adventure!!! 👍👍🏣
OMG I love That Mansion it's beautiful ❤️ Thanks for all You do for Us to Bring Us Nothing But The Best 💯 Thanks Ethan 🤗❤️

That orb........ you looked right at it !
I also noticed that. I've seen that same thing on the Slapped Ham RUclips channel.
I know you don’t do the paranormal BUT I saw what looked like an orb going from where you were sitting on the stairs to the left off screen .
I saw that too! As it left, it seemed like Ethan saw or heard something in its direction. That was definitely an orb!!
A few videos back he caught an EVP while filming.
Was a lovely home. I bet the basement was nice too. So sad the way everything has become disposable these days, including homes. It sure doesn't go along with the whole new green theme by using more building materials and filling the landfills with what was livable houses.

Thanks for the amazing video.I do appreciate it.⚘️🌻😊
The staircase, the parquet flooring, the fireplace, the master bath, the kitchen, the character of this home 😩
Very nice house! Again, heartbreaking that it's being demolished.
Thanks for the explore of this home. It seems like it should have good vibes. A family home. With the electricity off, sump pump off, refrigerator off (is why it stinks), floors are probably damp and warping, from the flooded basement. This would have been a place I could live in. Love it. A lot of the houses you check out aren't even in that bad condition. Fix a few things here and there and you've got a house for a family to live in
Coool
What's up what's up
I get what you say. How many million/billionaires that have filled bankruptcy? They get in over their head! The "wrecking ball" is what they call progress!

Ethan, we like it when you speak to yourself, you ask good questions, and they are probably questions going through our mind.

Hi Ethan, I could live here too! Very nice! It's so sad tho. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks again Ethan. Beautiful and heart breaking. 1988 sigh.
Good job Ethan and nice tour of the place too👍❤️😎
Ethan! You’re looking so cute with no cap on! Nice hair!
🤣🤣🤣 that refrigerator tricked you didn't it Ethan?..it disguised itself as a peice of furniture....just KNOWING that you would get curious and want to open it...then ..POW!! It got ya
Beautiful home but it a shame that I will be gone. Glad that you got a video of it. Thank you for sharing.
What a shame that it'll get torn down. Great video.

Great video loved the house. You should look into selling homes, u are very good with details....luv all your videos
I agree Ethan, I would love there too. A beautiful house.
Beautiful!!😊
Thanks for the tour. Why are the homes in this neighborhood being demolished?
Hi Ethan 😊 excited thank you so much 😊
Love the intro Ethan
What a shame there is sooooo much water in the basement
Ethan, I think that a lot of these homes probably have sump pumps and because the electric is off the basements flood.
Wow so funny Ethan when you always open the refrigerator then Regret doing it lol 😂 Ontario very interesting!! You look so nice without a ball cap on. Handsome young man
Saw an orb exiting from him in beginning presentation.😲
Another beautiful house destroyed, by the looks of it being an excavator operator is the way to go in that part of the country...
Beautiful house. Shame it is going down.😢
0:40 Ghost Orb?👻👻
So sad such a beautiful was demolished . Nothing could be saved and refurbished .
I’ve lived in homes as old as 119 years, and grew up in a home that my mother still lives in that is 104 years old. Exterior doors down in Florida should open outwards for hurricane best management practices.
Oh my, what beautiful floors. I'm wondering if the Govt seize this property?!!
Thanks for the video
We live close by this neighborhood. Drove by about a month ago and seeing them boarded up and demolished was sad and very haunting
Yes I Agree on the Fireplace❤
Yes another great video you Ethan ❤️
The Doors n Windows r Beautiful❤
Thanks for your effort I don't think this house is too impressive but it's a shame they go to waste like they do❤
What a shame - the garage walls never got finished and it is coming down.
I always wonder when I watch these vids - where did the owners go? did they leave the area, the city, the province, the country? did they downsize or do a new build or move to their cottage? whats the dealio? did they get good coin for the sale of the house or did they go bankrupt? interesting how many big huge houses get abandoned...thanx Ethan.

beautiful house, it's just a shame, and congrats on your approaching 100K subscribers, thanks for shareing😄
I'm sure that creaking is amplified since there's no furnishings in the house.
Hey Ethan ong time watcher first time comment, what a nice place wouldnt mind living there not sure about the orb going past you on the stairs at 0.41.
You captured a genuine ghost orb in your intro. Ghost hunters would have been excited. Ha. Sad that these lovely homes are being torn down though.
If the creaking of 35 year old hardwood floors drives you nuts, try walking around in my 69 year old house!
So sad that that house has to go nothing wrong with that house I would love to live there too.
Surely they will get more out of this house.all the doors bathroom sinks and lovely wood floors and stairs what a beauty.Shameful to tear down .❤️🇺🇸
Just to think, in 1998 this house was only ten years old and probably being happily lived in. And now it doesn't exist. Makes me sad seeing memories being erased so easily, even though they are not my own.
3 years old went someone own this Mansion.
Very sad… I know what I’m about to say would be stealing but, I would definitely salvage the fixtures, cabinets, etc… especially if they are demolishing the house. I hate to see all that just being demolished. When someone could reuse it. Shame…

What’s with all the flooded basements? Cool house - THANKS
Just got into the video but had to stop at around 41 seconds to tell you that an orb went by and you looked directly at it to your right xxx
Nice video its a shame the family moved
Exactly water damage, a flooded basement, and someone had been living there 4-5 weeks ago? That’s weird.
I love Oak filled houses form the 80s and 90s I adore oak trim and stair railing 🙂
It's sad the money wasted to just up and abandon these beautiful places! It's also sad about the flooded basement...
Hey did anyone else send that orb at the beginning of this? Am I seeing things
just dust
@@ethanminnie just one big speck of dust? You even looked at it 😂😂
I hate when these amazing places get flooded! I’m sure it had to be devastating for the owners if it happened before they left. Such a bummer for an awesome house!
É tão linda e bem feita, que dó o desperdício e abandono.
Thank u❤
Love the House❤
Hey Ethan, would you ever consider coming to Ohio to do some abandon videos?
Was that an orb I saw at the beginning of this or am I imagining things?
Windows in master being stationary would drive me crazy.
That stone on fire place is beautiful
I hope they salvage those beautiful doors! So sad. And wasteful. 😢
I just don't understand why they would tear down perfectly beautiful homes like this! What an absolute waste!!! I could only dream about owning something like this. Makes me angry!
Wow The Staircase❤
Another beauty going to waste and one more flooded basement. She's a beauty Ethan. Socks royally too. Love that staircase and master bathroom. Big rooms. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
What's the deal with all the flooded basements?? Sure happens a lot.
What were the green tags in the kitchen?
Ethan i agree exactly tis as-shame this one is goin. The front door is awesome
They should save every door and cabinet and floor plank that can possibly be reused!
This house is nice and it’s is a same this house has too go because this is a beautiful house
❤❤❤😊😊😊 May I have one?
Ethan, did you say the home is 4,500 Sq. Ft? My apologies, I guess I did live in a mansion. Who knew!
Who takes the ENTIRE bathroom??..poor Ethan couldn't even greet us properly..
Very Unique Home
It’s too bad the basement is flooded Ethan 😳
Failed sump pump... what a shame. Ruins an otherwise amazing house to see a horrible, flooded basement; it's so sad! Otherwise, utterly amazing house with ALL the great stuff, the spa, that cabinetry *chef's kiss!*

Tear em up Ethan, I agree. Tearing down a beautiful house for what?! Greed. It’s a very nice, pleasant house.
