One time I tried to be careful not to make any furniture fly out in the inn. Barret ran following me and sent a couch flying and it glitched on top of some random npc's head sitting nearby. From then on I don't bother to be careful...

Limited resource allocation. They figured out players were going to spend way more time looking at Tifa than they would pondering the in-game physics of chairs.

I like the little realism in Tifa’s movements when she’s wearing the swimsuit. As she’s running, she leans forward a bit to support the weight of her chest. As a woman who is a D cup, I can relate. When running was required for high school, my back got really f*cked up from it because I kept hunching over like that. I didn’t have a bra that could support me because the super supportive ones were expensive. Even now, I avoid running as much as I can because it hurts.
My sister had the same problem as well, it was hard to believe it was a genuine issue for ladies until I seen it for my self. It's impressive that Tifa can fight effortlessly with added weight that would slow her down
It's infuriating when schools push students to run for miles until they get sick or injured. Can't say I've got experience with it as a guy but I can imagine a heavy bouncing chest would make it even worse.

The difference between Aerith and Tifa in how they ride a Chocobo, it's such a small detail but you really see the difference between the two
Noticed it as well. Though Aerith probably would ride like everyone else if it weren't for her skirt. Haven't messed around with the costumes to see if she switches position in her swimsuit.

Another cool reference in this game, in the gongaga village, after completing the chicken side quest, the old lady cooks one of the chickens and red leaves depressed, the game over music is played as the scene closes. I died after seeing that XD

for the ghost hotel room. if you examine the other two beds, spider will fell down from the ceiling. Also you can put the dropped book back to the bookshelf. It will always drop back down when you walk by.
The jiggle physics actually exist even on Remake, Square was smart in adding that black undershirt to hide all the subtle jiggles. But yes after removing it cause of the swimsuit you can see all the glorious jiggles.

This game was truly a masterpiece. I never thought I would love a remake more than the original, but after I finished Rebirth I was convinced. The final part is gonna be life-changing... again.
I honestly didn't even notice the jiggle physics when I played. That not the type of thing I actually try to notice, not that I think it's bad or anything

Yeah the suspenders-type thing he wears with his uniform has some "thing" in the back that holds the sword.

I remember seeing people talking about Red riding a Chocobo back when the gameplay trailers for the game were released. Tons of jokes and comments about how awkward he looks.

I don’t know if this is worth being an Easter egg, in chapter 11, when Cloud, Tifa, and Yuffie are going up to the Niblhiem Mako Reactor, Yuffie asks Cloud if he would join Wutia. At some point Yuffie says YRPs. YRP reminds me of Yuna, Rikku, and Pain from Final Fantasy X-2.
There's also when Yuffie says YRP will be "comin' in hot", and one of the themes in X-2 is "I'll Give You Something Hot"
Good to know tifa has the physics when shes not wearing that black sports bra. Couldn't imagine the bounce when shes fighting without them, probably give herself a black eye.
Also thank goodness this game wasn't touched by sweet baby inc cause that wouldnt even exist

It's not influenced by the Lion King.. the Lion King simply was very.... "INSPIRED" by *"Kimba The White Lion"* and the painting perfectly depict the anime rather than the US version... even down to the type of friends "KIMBA" makes.
And that one famous shot of how Simba is on the stone is taken almost 1:1 from the anime.
Since it is a game made by japanese developers I found it important to mention this.
Even "inspired" is debatable. The original story is completely different. Kimba's dad was killed by humans. Often, people are using the remake to prove theft, but it was purposely modeled after Lion King. At best, visuals are similar. The use of animals in archetypes were already a thing. It's an interesting debate, but too many skip details to get to a conclusion.
@@bryanwoods3373It is still funny to note that one of the lead voice actors for the original Lion King thought they were auditioning for a Kimba movie.
@@joshuawells7415 It is. And he's of an age that it's what he would think of. I need to look into that again. I think he said that at the beginning of the production when there would be more confusion.
This has been thoroughly debunked numerous times including a 2+ hour long video about it.
Additional Kimba was a series with almost zero actual similarities outside of cherry picked generic shots dozens of episodes apart or decades apart as some come from modern remakes.
Is it weird that I actually like that more and more video games are adding female jiggle physics because of the strange realism it adds and I don't like static "assets" for female characters

I've thought for years it's very odd how we have PBR materials, atmosphere simulation, advanced ai and ray tracing, eye iris simulation etc... But more immediately human identifiable traits like boobs or fat or muscles are just left as is from the PS2 era.

@@Kaptimemost games don't do anything with boobs other than make them a petite but noticeable size and make them static because said are more than likely aimed towards kids or the devs just don't want to add it

4:57 the scariest thing are those unreal engine chair physics
I made the "mistake" of having Tifa in the swimsuit doing sit-ups and kept getting distracted. Definitely a sure fire way to make the mini game more challenging.
The funny thing about that is a lot of guides I've seen for that actually suggest switching to the swimsuit cause the jiggle physics make it easier to time the button presses more accurately.

Tbh it triggered me a bit in the beach scene that he looked more lanky than some of the dudebros there. But then in other better shots he seems better built like 1:22. Before that scene I always noted how glad I was SE made him proper fit as he should be. Still think so btw.
The fan arts are way to much I agree. While a soldier can look like that functionally. His age and Hojo experimental treatments hardly make it a requirement.

When you finish the game you can replay the entire game with their bikinis if you like. You can freely change outfits wherever and whenever you like

@@sksjdjsl have you finished the game. Cos when you finish the game and replay you can wear your bikinis whenever and wherever you want. It even reflects in cutscenes as well throughout the story. And in case you weren’t aware, Tifa has incredible jiggle physics when she runs and fights

That part of the victory fanfare is the same for FF I through X (and a bunch of others). Only difference for VII (other than instrumentation, which basically changes every game) is that it's one of the games where melody that comes after the opening bit and loops on the victory screen is different than it usually is. The other two that use a different melody, at least in the group that I mentioned, are VIII and X. But the part he hums is really just the general Final Fantasy victory fanfare (a lot of games don't use it, but it's the most ubiquitous one overall).
My favorite little detail was their swim style. All the rest do a head above water breast stroke, but Aerith does a legit freestyle stroke.

For number 8, where Cloud joins in with the exercising, I was actually quite disappointed Tifa didn’t join or say something because it was her who actually started that group.
I was most surprised it was still happening after the fire
The question is if that information is still canon, since in the book where this info was written she was healed after Sephiroth attacked her by a doctor in Midgar, which is different from how it is in the game now.

It says she was healed in Corel then brought back to Midgar for skin grafting and recovery.

Oh... This made me realize the pictures from that kids book change depending on... something? I don't remember them exactly, but I'm sure I got different pictures way more cute, in which Nanaki was acting more animal like (howling and all) and being pictured in a more "cute-deformed" way.
