      yes it was..but it wasnt too bad. I think what was worse was I didnt take a nap lol..I had too much to do with all the activities and editing and uploading and then doing a premiere where you need to be there for the live chats..

    Have you thought about adding breathing exercises to your routine? You might benefit from stimulating your vagus nerve. Box breathing (in for 4, hold for 4, out for 4, hold for 4) is a very easy quick way to do it. I’ve been doing that for a while and it’s really helped my digestion and anxiety.
