Good morning EDF jet RC. I have a HET 700-68-2250kv motor, and I want to install this motor on the WeMoTec Midi Evo 90mm with 11 or 12 blades. Now I ask you. What is the store and code where I can buy this WeMoTec Midi Evo 90mm just like yours? I want my sebart mini jet to have a real jet sound. Thank you waiting for a reply.
I think it could be a good idea to use an external bec with separate lipo on such powerfull and fast plane models. Id adds just 100 gramm of weight. Sorry for such an obvious advice. Once i have a similar case, esc failed but bec of my esc was still working while the motor stopped. It saved my plane, it got me thinking after that.
Everything that flies falls sooner or later. I hope your suffocation has passed. If it is any consolation this Sunday I destroyed my Kyosho Calmato Sport with a glow engine OS 55AX. Big your videos, beautiful in defeat and in victory.
Ouch such a nice jet is gone :-/ Myself I do not like to crash my models - but then this is why I still fly old planes ;-) Btw. have you ever check what is the static thrust of these EDF setups ? It would be interesting to compare this with turbines for which static thrust is one of the primary parameters. Cheers!
Sorry to see the Sebart Avanti crash. Rest In Pieces as we say in the states. In the meantime, how about some more on the BH Viper XL. I'm anxiously waiting for mine to arrive. Any build tips or suggestions are welcomed. I'm leaning toward the WeMoTec Midi EVO 100mm based on your videos. Would you do the Midi EVO again or would the JF 120 Pro with 685kv be better?
Midi Evo for sure. It is Jet like sound and the most efficient of all. And very low weight. Most important bild tip for BH Viper is get rid of 80% of inlet ducting. Take a look at my videos.
@@EDFjetRC I was about to order the WeMoTec Midi EVO and received bad news last night. The order for my Viper XL was cancelled by the seller because shipping costs ending up being 5 times higher than originally quoted. Over $1000 UDS to ship it from Australia to the USA. So I am now looking for a different large EDF airframe. I'll anxiously awaiting your Top RC Odyssey videos. I may be buying one myself. :-)
Sad to see it go! Love watching you fly it. If you don't crash once and a while your not flying. 👍

I guess I needed a new one :)
@@EDFjetRC I meant that you can use external bec with your new esc, for safety reasons
@@antoinerc3401 Or no bec at all is even better. 6.6V rx pack..
Cool! How do you get that jet sound? I don't think it can just be the impeller!
Time to fly the Viper XL again!

Did not see this one yet😂, ow well, time for other jets. That's also why i will put in a bec separately from the esc.
Surprise you didn't have separate battery or bec just for the receiver. Sorry to see it go down.
But this way I got to buy a new Jet :)
@@EDFjetRC 6.6V life rx pack connected directly to the rx may be the way to go.
oh dear, it was flying erratically, what a shame
Ouch!
1:30 high speed stall...
Uuuu.... współczuję :-/
ja się nie stresuję chociaż mogłem kupić nowego Jeta :)
Sorry bro!!🤕
Sadness
Just fit a Xicoy X45 turbine, 4,5kg of thrust and 8 min flying time. Will be cheaper in the end!
thinking about it :)
@@EDFjetRC you won’t regret it! Easiest turbine ever
