I believe that they could curb the violence if they went through the baby mama's and mother's a lot of them are benefitting from the criminal activity. They know what's going on, the guns are in their homes, these guys don't have their own residence, put out ad's focus on going through women, put a little fear in them so they won't harbor these criminals, make them want better.
