Sensitivity and scenario analysis are commonly used in investment appraisal to assess the risk of the project and its resilience to changes in assumptions or external conditions. Today we are performing the sensitivity and scenario analysis in Excel based on a simple project and discuss the interpretation and practical applications of these approaches.
