With the blade 130s you can also look for the shiny side out on the tail blade.

    Ah a RMTX16S
    Thoughts?
Is it the quality JR used to be?
Having been out the game for some time my JR9X with Spektrum module is old.
Would I be disappointed with the TX?

Hey Pete, so sorry I just now seen your comment. I wish I seen it sooner when you commented! My apologies. So as far as your question, it is definitely been a great radio. I have been very pleased and happy with it not complaining one bit other than program and can be very tricky and take some time to get used to. But quality is there it is super nice and well worth the money in my opinion. Definitely cannot go wrong. I am personally a Spektrum fan and user as I just Slowly like the way it feels over the radio master but again that’s all personal preference. As far as radio wise it is been a fantastic radio.

I have intermittent issue with my blade 230s. Once in a while it loses control of the tail mid air, it’s like the tail motor cant keep up with the demand to anti torque. I wonder if it’s a firmware issue in the AR636 unit.

Make sure you do not have any shaving of the tail motor wires, pull the tail boom back and make sure there is no brakes there. Also look at your bullet connectors on the ESC I’ve had them on Solder before. Is it a V1 or V2?

@@westhobbiesrc8051not sure, probably V1. It’s the night light version one. Original tail motor burnt out by itself and Amain hobbies sent a new one under warranty. But still didnt solve the issue where the heli went bezerk randomly for 3 seconds every now and then. Not to mention this heli likes to tip to the right during take off since brand new out of the box.

@@henryairconcepts2999 sounds like a V1, they always had tip over issues. I would check all the wires from the ESC to the tail motor make sure nothing is shaved or broken but it could be a bad ESC.
