This video is very misleading. I have purchased the R2 and the scale and the app looks nothing like it. yes you can take the measurement but there is no recipes and guides for the brewing process. All pictures on the website and this video are misleading to the customers

Nice slick advertising video. Now, how about a more in depth how-to video? Using the scale with your app is not as intuitive as you may think. For instance, why do you want access to my camera? When are you expecting users to start and stop the recorder? Why is it you only can open volume control and other preferences when you are in the brew process? What flow rate should I target since you suggest a water volume and brew duration? Shouldn’t you suggest an average flow rate? Shouldn’t you be able to calculate the actual average flow rate? The more I use the product the better I understand it but the first week of using the Microbalance scale has been a challenge. It makes me hesitant to buy the R2. It seems like you have a good, solid, and high quality product but I really need for you to walk me through it.
