The Anna ultimate only works if you use it prior to using your own ultimate. If you hit q first and high noon, and then get an Anna buff, The damage will not apply it to the ultimate ability. By then it's too late.
Quick Tip: Using Mauga’s Cage Fight reloads his ammo count. Firing your full ammo count of 300 bullets before popping Cage Fight effectively gives Mauga a 600 bullet ammo pool with ult. 👍
