    Affordable housing ki density ke sath car parking & club house ke sath project with
    1.5 Cr main 3 BHk
    1.1 Cr main 2 Bhk
    Would make profit & sell
    But jyada units honge & builder doubt main hain ki high density log khareedenge

    Gourav ji M3M Soulitude pe bhi banaiye video, aapki reach acchi hai M3M promoters tak..They are backtracking on their promise of 9% interest on 40% done as part of 40:60 plan till the time the project is delivered…M3M should take some lessons from DLF in ethics

      This is such a serious and.illegal.offense if builder is not honouring the scheme/offer made at the time of selling the property.
      This is insane and can ruin Gurgaon real estate reputation forever
      Let's raise these concerns more

    These kind of issues are even more common in western countries. Rich ppl by default keep private security these days in these countries.
    This will surely hit the value of these standalone shitty buildings in mumbai. They have nothing other than location. Rich in Mumbai will realize that they need good apartments with multi tier security instead of shity buildings with a sleeping watchman

    That comparison with mumbai is stupid. Gurgaun has no issue of being disbalanced as its still a tiny city so doesnt matter if ppl cant afford in gurgaun. They can easily move to satelite cities like sohna, manesar, met, bhivadi, sobipat etc.
    Same thing happened in mumbai. Ppl moved to places like thane, navi mumbai, mira road, boriwali etc. Even andheri bandra were not part of mumbai originally. A city expands as it grows and ppl who cant afford move further away.
    We dont need to enulate the shitty mumbai model where slums, chawls and luxury towers are placed at the same location.
    This is the reason why we wont ever have real luxury feel in mumbai. We can do much better cuz we dont have so many slums
    Having said that, agree that builders should launch some affordable options in not so expensive areas of gurgaun by increasing density, reducing sizes and reducing amenities. Maybe some ppl are ready to compromise on not having a club house and 100 amenities if they get a 3bhk in 1.5cr with parking and safety of a condo. Maybe some want amenities but ready to live in compact houses like ppl live in Mumbai.
