I stumbled across your channel about two months ago as I was looking for honest KLM trip reviews as this was the first time I was flying KLM or flying through Schiphol. Glad to see that you're posting especially with travel restrictions becoming much more relaxed. I think I passed by where you were sitting at the lounge right before you were about to film the segment at about 0:32 (I had grabbed an espresso from the machine nearby and looked lost as I was looking for my colleague). I was flying back to Toronto in economy but my colleague was in business and I was her +1. We were lucky we didn't go to the gate early as our flight that day was delayed by an hour or so.
Hope you had a great flight back to Toronto with KLM! In my opinion KLM's economy class is one of the best economy class products out there. And thank you for watching and taking the time to leave a comment :)
Looked good. The most important thing for me is access. You had a window seat, to get to it and from it do you have to disturb the person sitting next to you?
Thanks for watching! Unfortunately it's quite the challenge to get past your neighbour without disturbing them. Luckily my neighbour slept for nearly the whole flight so it wasn't that much of a problem.
Nice presentation of your flight review. The food and service looked pretty good and an interesting route too. Did you get one of those little dutch houses on the flight? I'd love to review KLM business on my channel one day mainly to get one of those iconic gifts. Thanks for sharing and happy flying :) Looking forward to future reviews from you.
just sad that the seats on the 777 200 are still the old product. KLM service itself is world class, but the aging seats are starting to become such a negative. For the same money you can fly with many other airlines that offer a better business class product.
Well said! Couldn't agree more. These days the least you can expect in business class is a seat with direct aisle access. My flight originally was supposed to be operated by the 787-9 which does feature the new KLM business class but at the last moment they changed it to the 777-200...
The seats are not that bad and actually makes the cabin seem more spacious. I understand that will upgrading them later this year, but some of the problem is Boeing hasn’t been cleared to deliver their 787 aircraft.
The seat itself is not bad indeed. But still, when I'm paying top dollar for a business class ticket I would like to be able to get out of my seat without stepping over my neighbour :D
Awesome! I'l be taking thst flight in seat 1k in June 2024.

I traveled biz with klm in a 787-9 in a seat configuration 1-2-1. It is absolutely the best option and the only way I would travel biz with klm
Great flight report!
Thanks a lot!
I invite you to travel to Brazil and flight in some domestic routes like GRU-FOR,FOR-MAO,MAO-PVH,PVH-BSB and BSB-GRU.

Yes I did get one of the little Dutch houses. Unfortunately I couldn't find the footage of me filming it anymore...
fine
Amazing!
NO direct aisle access???
Unfortunately not.. Flight was supposed to be operated by the 787 which does feature direct aisle access but they changed it at the last moment...
