4 liters of water.

2 tablespoons of sugar.

Orange.
Clove.
Rosemary, thyme.
4 bay leaves.
Duck 2.5 kg.
700 g potatoes.
Add water and salt.
1 apple.
IMPORTANT! 10 minutes at 250 °C.
Then 25 minutes at 200 °C.
Then 45 minutes at 180 °C.
Olive oil.
1 onion.
2 large mushrooms.
Salt.
Sweet paprika.
Black pepper.
Paprika.
2 tablespoons of sour cream.
150 ml water.
A bit more salt.
Dill.
1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
Honey.
1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Bake for another 30-45 minutes.
